FORM DEVELOPMENT
What is Co-working? Coworking is not just about the sharing of infrastructure and cost, it is about belonging to a community, accessibility and sustainability. Coworking is the new way of working and sharing. Why do people use co-working spaces? For those just starting out on a business venture a coworking space is the perfect option because it gives the ability to scale up or scale down in team numbers, there are low set-up costs due to shared infrastructure, a wide in-house community to network with, quite often links to in-house expertise, mentors and funding options, as well as being the ideal platform from which to launch a new product.

IT SECTOR TOWNSHIP
CONCEPT • The windows are placed in north and south side to achieve light, ventilation and view from all sides. • In balconies the south side wall is further tilted in 23 degree to block the direct rays of sun rays. • Each units has toilet ducts and dry balconies on east-west façade to provide thermal barrier and windows on north-south for ventilation to primary habitable space.
Semester : VII Typology : Township Location : Katol Rd, Makardhokda, Vrindavan Colony, Nagpur Site Area : 48081.97 sq.m. Built Up : 17508.44 sq.m.
VII sem intents to focus on the Luxurious housing for IT sector to study the needs of the high end society and planning township for them according to it. But our current cities don’t have what it takes to absorb the influx and still run with efficiency. Studio mainly focus on the township design which include housing with all the necessary amenities.

Space to be Designed : Restaurant + Bar Theme of the Restaurant : Punjabi Style Indoor Seating Requirments : 50-60 seating capacity, cash counter, selfie area, 4 seaters for friends and family and 6-8 seaters for birthday parties or big groups, noticable entrance and chairs, tables, flooring, wall treatment accordind to the theme. Outdoor Seating Requirments : 40-50 seating capacity, a chill open space for people to come and enjoy at, chairs, tables, flooring,pergola, wall treatment according to the theme.
