Gateway to a large master plan, this building needed to be an image for the township. With exuberant retail stores facing the main thoroughfare. Occupying a 40,000 sq.mts of office space, this building responded well to the park across the street. My contribution involved; interpreting the brief and design sketches followed by calculations and generation of a scheme. Design resolution and delivering the report with production of drawings, model, renders and presentation.

Narrow Plot - Commercial Development Feasibility Study Achieving a 30,000 sq.mts of carpet area and placed right on a major transit route; this narrow plot offered limited possibilities with its architecture design. Yet achieving a front retail, exquisite lobby and a smooth circulation of traffic the scheme did good justice to the clients requirement and its location. My contribution involved; achieving the client requirement
