e-Twinning AN Eat Healthy To Stay Healthy

As you know eTwinning is a virtual platform which makes language, culture and knowledge transfer by arranging joint projects among countries. What we understand from eTwinning is a platform which we can feel, think and laugh similarly, a platform which we can show we’re able to annihilate the differences and distance whether our cultures, characters, geographies and histories are different or not.

eTwinning is a virtual window that opens to humanity anywhere in Europe to materialize mutual activities. It is a platform which makes our hearts beat at the same time, a rope we can walk on side by side –not face to face- and do beneficial, nice work together. It is an oppurtunity that we are jointly studying and having results for some projects. It is a community which we notice each one of us is not different from the other and a community which we can show the togetherness -which is formed to create, not to destroy- makes people happy.

ITALY So there is a fact that every etwinner knows; showing that we’re all same according to global value chain and doing nice work together makes us closer to each other. Therefore we hope every eTwinner wh studies gladly and voluntarily can contribute to write GLOBAL PEACE’s letters. New eTwinners’ support by their projects and new studies will help us to be more proud of ourselves while we’re leaving the 20th century’s world to the younger generation. Thus, eTwinning projects’ number and value will increase.

Last year we have implemented a very enjoyable, beneficial and nice project called ‘Stop, Think Up’ with our partners. And this year we have laid the foundations for our new project ‘Eat Healty to Stay Healty’ with Poland, Albania, Romania and Italy’s participation. With the aim of that seminars, interviews, short video shots, questionaries and meetings were executed. By using Web2 tools posters were done and logos were designed. Padlet and blogs were created. Short animation videos were set by our students. We gave them briefings about designing e-magazine with joomag and similar tools. With this project which highlights the importance of healty nutrition to revise healty generations; we are aiming for publishing an e-magazine with our students’ cartoons in it and introducing healty home-made food. During our studies students’ computer, language and communication skills development, culture excanges and socialization have been provided. I thank to our principal, my colleaguesi students and their parents. Through the eTwinning projects which we have executed on the virtual platform this should be known; World is on eTwinners’ finger tips now. Doğanay ERKAN Biology Teacher

We notice the real value of our health when we lose it. We don’t know that healthy life is the most important thing in our life and for a healthy life we need to eat healthy and do physical exercises. Especially adequate and balanced nutrition is the foundation of a healthy life. Most of us are usually don’t care about it and they care about it just when they want to lose weight like being thin is more important than being healthy. Nourishment is not as same as eating so you won't be hungry. Nourishment is eathing something what is necessary for live and what makes your life better. More than half of the people don’t eat healthy and that is why they aren’t healthy. Adequate and balanced nutrition has got many benefits to us. If we want to be healthy and seen more beautiful then today; we have to keep balanced diet.

Adequate and balanced nutrition. Nutrition is not expressing the feeling for hunger. It is neccessary to protect our health, to get vitamins , minerals and other needs of our bodies. Adequate and balanced nutrition provides many benefits for the body. For example, it gives us health, health brings a good appearance and this gives happiness. Let' s assume that a man doesn't have an adequate and balanced nutrition. Normally in such a condition he gets too fat or too thin, which also a problem. These conditions also have a negative result because this person will have an unhealthy system and get sick too often. As a result we should take care of our nutrition behaviour because it will directly affect our health and feelings.

Eating healthy is essential for our health. But must of us overlook it. The vast majority of people prefer fast food because they find it more delicious. But, we forget that these kind of snacks have too little healthy substance in them. It means that we can't get enough nutrition from unhealty meals. So, even though healthy food night not taste as good as fast food, we should try to eat it and do it moderately.

Most of the world’s population face problems about eating out of balance. Every living creature’s first need is health and nutrition is one of the most important things for a healthy life. Nutrition means that taking enough nourishment at the right time consciously in order to improve our life quantity. We should be aware of the fact that we need to eat for living; not for pleasure. Every one of us needs to understand how important it is and change the bad habits about this problem.

HOW TO MAKE TURKISH COFFEE INGREDIENTS Dead Sand Coffee Pot Coffee Water Sugar Turkish Delight

RECIPE Add cold water, sugar and coffee into the coffee pot. Mix them. Put it on dead sand and start waiting. When the middle of coffee in coffee pot starts to dimple, bring the foam of the coffee. When it starts to boil, spill it on the cup. Serve it with cold water and Turkish delight or chocolate. (You can see the recipe on the video too.)

Cherry Composte (Hosaf) Recipe

500 grams cherry

Extract the stems.Separate the stems from their stems,

1 liter of water

optionally remove their seeds.Put sugar and water in the pot.Boil

1 glass of sugar

a low heat about 15 minutes.Serve cold.Bon Appetit.

Firstly, grate the celery but you have to be fast. After that ream
