TOM DUDZICK (Playwright) Tom’s first play, Greetings!, opened at NYC’s John Houseman Theatre and starred Darren McGavin. His semiautobiographical comedy Over the Tavern has had over two hundred productions, breaking many box office records throughout the U.S. The Irish adaptation, Over the Pub, broke the box office record at Cork Arts Theatre in Ireland. Tom has written eight plays to date, most published by Playscripts, Inc. He was recently honored with a memorial plaque embedded in front of his boyhood home in Buffalo. Niall McGinty^ (Jimmy): is a proud member of the acting company at the Hippodrome Theatre. He has performed in several productions at the Hippodrome Theatre dating back to 2000. He lived and worked as an actor in Chicago for 11 years.
Jackie Schram* (Ruth): is so glad to get out of the New York winter and come back to Florida! Regional Credits: Florida Repertory Theatre, The Greenbrier Valley Theatre, The Lost Colony, and The Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. Jackie performed for a year Off Broadway in Sleep No More, and has toured the country twice: once with The 39 Steps, and the other with Aquila Theatre Company. Jackie trained at The University of Tampa, and The New School for Drama in New York. Nell Page^* (Beverly): Nell’s first foray with the Hippodrome was in the 1974 production of Marat Sade. Forty-six years ago and over 70 productions later Nell is still acting at the Hippodrome with her history placing her at all three locations. She was last seen on the Hipprodrome mainstage as Marilyn Dunne in Ripcord. Her past favorite productions include: Vanya Sonia Masha and Spike, Good People, Sirens, Smell of the Kill, As Bees in Honey Drown, Dinner With Friends, Life X Three, Sylvia, To Kill A Mockingbird, Les Liasison Dangereuses, Steel Magnolias, A Christmas Carol, Vanities, Suddenly Last Summer and The Pursuit of Happiness. Nell appeared off-Broadway at New World Stages for E.P. Productions in Elvis People, and is the co-author of Coquina, a play that opened in New York City at the Harold Clurman Theatre. Nell has been a member of the Actor’s Equity Association for over 35 years and a proud member of the Hippodrome Acting Company. When Nell is not acting, she helps people buy and sell homes as a Realtor for Coldwell Banker MM Parrish Realtors. Laura Shatkus* (Beverly) is thrilled to return to The Hippodrome stage, where she was last seen in Ripcord, 1984 and A Christmas Carol. Other notable regional credits include: Damascus (Florida Rep), As You Like It (Northwest Arkansas Shakespeare Festival), Romeo and Juliet (ND Shakes), and Intimate Apparel, The Fall Of The House, All The Way, and Amadeus (TheatreSquared). Laura is the Producing and Artistic Director of ArkansasStaged, a collective of theatre artists, placing an emphasis on womxn’s voices and leadership. She holds an MFA in theatre from the University of Arkansas and was named one of 20 visionaries by the Arkansas Times.
WHO’S WHO IN MIRACLE ON SOUTH DIVISION STREET V CRAIG HEIDENREICH (Director) A company member, V appeared recently at the Hippodrome in A Doll’s House, Part 2,Hamlet, 1984, A Doll’s House Part 2, and The Christians as well as directing Ripcord. At Florida Rep, where he is also an ensemble member, he recently appeared in 12 Angry Men, To Kill a Mockingbird, Last Night at Ballyhoo and directed Best of Enemies, Disgraced, and Damascus. In Florida, he has also directed and acted for American Stage and The Urbanite. He has produced, directed, and/or or performed in more than 200 professional productions throughout the country including St Louis Rep, The Huntington in Boston, 15 seasons and more than eighty productions with Actors Theatre of Louisville, three seasons with the Old Globe Theatre in San Diego, two seasons with the Asolo in Florida, five with Shakespeare Santa Cruz in California and three years as artistic director of the Complete Theatre Alliance and Infinite Space as well as the first three seasons of the Banyan Theater in Sarasota of which he is a founder. He currently splits his time between theatre work and coaching acting, text, and poetics for Banyan Voice and Speech in which he and his wife, Tess Hogan, are partners. AMBER WILKERSON* (Stage Manager) Amber spent two full seasons at the Hippodrome Theatre, first as Properties Intern, then as Assistant Stage Manager before moving to New York City to pursue a career in theatre. She returned to the Hipp as the Equity Stage Manager of A Christmas Carol in 2005 & 2006. She has worked professionally for The Metropolitan Opera (NYC), The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey (Madison, NJ), North Shore Music Theatre (Beverly, MA), and Times Square New Year’s Eve 2006-2010 (NYC). In 2006, Amber served as Production Assistant on the Broadway musical, Grey Gardens. More recently, Amber spent five years working with Manhattan Theatre Club as a Subscriber Services Representative and two years as a House Manager at Playwrights Horizons, both in New York City. Originally from Maryland, she received a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Salisbury University in 2002. ABBY SCHNECK (Assistant Stage Manager) is joining the Hippodrome team for the first time. Recently, she has worked with The Lyric Theatre Company in Utah, Theatre in the Round in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and the Dorset Theatre Festival in Vermont. Abby holds a Bachelor’s in theatre stage management from Northern Michigan University. A Minnesota native and “Yooper” at heart, she is ecstatic to be a part of this season. NEIL BEARDEN (Master Electrician) Neil is very excited for his second season at the Hippodrome, after previously working at the Two River Theatre in Red Bank New Jersey. He has a BFA in technical theatre and design from the University of Central Missouri. TIMOTHY J DYGERT (Scenic Designer) has been involved in theatre and event production for thirty years. He is an accomplished scene designer and production manager and has seen the completion of over 500 productions (and counting). Tim is on staff at The Harn Museum of Art as Preparator and Installation Coordinator and owns his own production company, Dygert Design LLC, specializing in design, large format printing, and all things eventand marketing related. Tim holds a degree in business administration but readily admits his heart belongs to the arts. He is excited to be working with the accomplished staff and talented artists of the Hippodrome Theatre. WHO’S WHO IN MIRACLE ON SOUTH DIVISION STREET AMANDA YANES (Sound Designer) Amanda is thrilled to be in her sixth season at the Hippodrome. Other regional credits include Cape Fear Regional Theatre: Jesus Christ Superstar, Legally Blonde: The Musical, and The Parchman Hour: Songs and Stories of the ’61 Freedom Riders as the mix engineer in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Dorset Theatre Festival: Good People, The Whore and Mr. Moore, Boeing Boeing, and Deathtrap. Keep moving forward. ROBERT P. ROBINS (Lighting Designer, Production and Facility Manager) Bob is enjoying his 33rd season at the Hippodrome. Bob also continues to work with local artists, business owners and realtors, consulting on projects ranging from lighting art installations and exterior lighting of local businesses to working with homeowners and realtors, providing architectural lighting design and consultation. Bob also volunteers his design and consulting services to a wide range of local schools and organizations. This has afforded Bob the chance to design almost a thousand productions for theatre, dance, industrials, and special events. Bob is an Actors’ Equity Association stage manager, and proudly holds a BFA in Theatre Production from the University of Florida. Stephanie received her B.F.A. in Fashion Design from Pratt Institute. Her design credits include: Off-off Broadway: Figaro (The Pearl Theatre) Regional: H.T. Darling’s Incredible Musaeum (Submersive Productions), and The Potatoes of August (E.M.P. Collective). Production credits include on Broadway: Cinderella, Motown, and Big Fish. Off Broadway: Old Hats (Signature Theater). Some of her regional production credits include The Sound of Music (Papermill Playhouse), Next to Normal (The Weston Playhouse), and The Great Gatsby (Alabama Shakespeare Festival). www.stephanieparksdesign.com WARREN GOODWIN (Technical Director) Warren joined the Hippodrome in 2004 as a carpenter in the scene shop, and assumed the role of Master Carpenter in 2006. In addition to helping build over a hundred of Hippodrome sets, Warren served as coscenic designer on The Christians and The Wolves. He is thrilled to be currently serving as Technical Director. In his free time, Warren enjoys painting, and is an accomplished local artist. You can often find his work on display next door at Maude’s Cafe.
PATRICK IAN MCCALL (Props Designer) has worked as a carpenter, scene painter, electrician, sound and lighting designer, administrator, educator, director, stage manager, and actor. Formerly the Tour Stage Manager for Birmingham Children’s Theatre, Production Coordinator for the Samford University School of the Arts, and Resident Stage Manager/Artistic Associate with Birmingham’s City Equity Theatre, he recently returned to the Hippodrome as Assistant Stage Manager for A Christmas Carol following a stint as a carpenter at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina. Patrick is a new addition to the Hipp’s full-time staff and a proud member of Actors’ Equity.

Theatre in A Doll’s House, Part 2 by Lucas Hnath. She holds an MA, MFA, MS, CCC_SLP, is an NCVS-certified Vocologist and licensed, clinical SpeechLanguage Pathologist, a member of the Pan American Vocology Association and of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. She possesses advanced degrees from Yale University; California State University, Los Angeles; and Florida State University. Tess is a long-time member of AEA-AFTRA and SAG and has been a professional stage actor and text coach throughout the United States including many seasons locally with the Asolo Theatre and as a founder of the Banyan Theater. Owner of BANYAN VOICE AND SPEECH, she treats and habilitates all manner of vocal disorders for performers, business professionals, or anyone else seeking improved vocal control and authority.
