WHO’S WHO AT THE HIPP Stephanie Lynge (Artistic Director) is an accomplished

actor, director, producer, teacher and coach. Stephanie has enjoyed a career of more than 27 years in professional theater and education. Since 2013 she has worked on more than 40 productions at the Hippodrome either as an actor, director, choreographer, or dramaturg. She was seen on stage last season in The Wolves and Let The Right One In. Her other acting credits include performances in New York City on Broadway and Off Broadway, at Lincoln Center, BAM, Jean Cocteau Rep, and the York Theater Workshop. Regional theaters include Freefall, Goodspeed Opera House, Sacramento Music Circus, Pasadena Playhouse, Rep Theater of St. Louis, Flat Rock Playhouse, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Seaside Music Theater, as well as several National Tours. Directing credits include the Hippodrome’s Every Christmas Story Ever Told, The Legend of Georgia McBride, and The Blameless as well as plays at the 45th Street Theater (NYC), New York Musical Theater Festival, and the University of Florida. Stephanie has served as a Visiting professor at Indiana University, and an Adjunct professor at New Jersey City University and University of Florida. After receiving her BA in Musical Theater from Indiana University, Stephanie llived and worked as an actor in New York City for over 20 years. Stephanie holds a Master of Fine Arts in acting from University of Florida and is a proud member of Actors Equity Association since 1996.

Nicole Daenzer (Managing Director) Nicole is excited to be leading the

Hippodrome’s Administrative Team, after spending six years as the Director of Finance and Operations. Prior to her time at the Hippodrome, she lived in San Francisco, where she worked in financial planning and forensic accounting at a consulting firm in the Financial District, and a smattering of other places like a university foundation and a national tax prep franchise. She is a fierce advocate of liberal arts degrees, having earned hers in classical languages and literatures. aut inveniam viam aut faciam.

The cast Kelly Atkins *^ (Florence Foster Jenkins) Souvenir is Kelly’s twelfth production at the Hippodrome. Some past favorites include Toxic Avenger, Hand to God, the title role in Alice in Wonderland, and two productions of The Great American Trailer Park Musical as Pippi, the stripper. Most recently, she appeared here at the Hipp in the title role of Scrooge in Rouge, and at the Alhambra Theatre as Donna in Mamma Mia. Other notable performances: Hello, Dolly with Sally Struthers, Lend Me a Tenor with Jamie Farr, world premiere of Amorous Crossing with Loretta Swit. Film/ TV: Recount, America’s Most Wanted, numerous commercials, guest hosting on Designing Spaces. Concert engagements: soloist with the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra, Opera Theatre of Connecticut, national finalist in the American Traditions Vocal Competition.

Malcolm Gets* (Cosme McMoon) Malcolm Gets last appeared at the Hippodrome in 1987. He has been nominated for the Tony Award and the Drama Desk Award, and is the winner of the Obie Award and Actor’s Equity St. Clair Bayfield Award for Outstanding Classical Performance. He has appeared on Broadway in Amour (Tony and Drama Desk nominations, Best Actor in a Musical), Macbeth (Lincoln Center Theater), The Story of My Life (Booth Theater), and The Moliere Comedies (Roundabout). Off-Broadway credits include Steve (The New Group, Cynthia Nixon, director), Allegro (Classic Stage Company), Boys and Girls (Playwrights Horizons), A New Brain, Hello, Again (both for Lincoln Center Theater), The Two Gentlemen of Verona (New York Shakespeare Festival, Obie and St. Clair Bayfield Awards), Merrily We Roll Along (Drama Desk nomination and Obie Award), Finian’s Rainbow (Drama League nomination), Vigil, (DR2) and Polish Joke (Manhattan Theater Club). He has also appeared at City Center’s Encores! Series in Irma La Douce, The Apple Tree (opposite Kristin Chenoweth), and The Boys From Syracuse. He has worked at many of the Country’s leading Regional Theaters, including Yale Rep, Hartford Stage, The Kennedy Center, Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera, The PaperMill Playouse, Westport Country Playhouse, the Goodspeed Opera House, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, and the Williamstown Theatre Festival. He played Richard, the tortured artist on NBC’s Caroline in the City (People’s Choice Award, Favorite New TV Comedy). Other television credits include Blue Bloods, The Good Wife, Suits, Law and Order, Remember WENN, Confirmation, Grey Gardens (both for HBO) and Godless (Netflix). He can be seen on the new installment of Tales of the City on Netflix. Films include Miles, Emily and Tim, Adam and Steve, Love in the Time of Money, Thirteen Conversations About One Thing, and Sex and the City (the movie). He has sung at concert halls and clubs across the country, from 54 Below in NY to the Hollywood Bowl. He made his Carnegie Hall debut opposite Barbara Cook in her Mostly Sondheim concert, which was recorded live. He can be heard on many Original Cast recordings, as well as his first solo recording, The Journey Home, which has just been rereleased and is available on Itunes. He has previously served as an Adjunct Professor at NYU Tisch Graduate Acting. He is currently a Professor of Practice at UF’s School of Theatre and Dance, of which he is a proud graduate.

Robert P. Robins*(Lighting Designer, Production Manager) Bob is enjoying his 35th season at the Hippodrome. During his tenure here at the Hippodrome, Bob has provided lighting designs for over 300 Main Stage productions. Over the course of his time at the Hippodrome, Bob has held many titles such as lighting designer, sound engineer, live audio mixer, stage manager for Hippodrome Mainstage; touring productions and Theatre For Young Audiences tours, pyrotechnician, lightboard operator, and bartender. Today, in addition to lighting designer and production manager, Bob is also the facility manager of the 110 year old building that the Hippodrome calls home. Bob also provides freelance lighting designs around the country when he can. He is also an Actors’ Equity Association stage manager, and proudly holds a BFA in Theatre Production from the University of Florida. See more of Bob’s work at www.robertrobins.com Amber Wilkerson*^ (Stage Manager) Amber spent two full seasons at the Hippodrome, first as Properties Intern, then as Assistant Stage Manager before moving to New York City to pursue a career in theatre. She returned to the Hipp as the AEA Stage Manager of A Christmas Carol in 2005 & 2006. She has worked professionally for The Metropolitan Opera (NYC), The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey (Madison, NJ), North Shore Music Theatre (Beverly, MA), and Times Square New Year’s Eve 2006-2010 (NYC). In 2006, Amber served as a Production Assistant on the Broadway musical, Grey Gardens. More recently, Amber spent five years working with Manhattan Theatre Club as a Subscriber Services Representative and two years as a House Manager at Playwrights Horizons, both in New York City. Originally from Maryland, she holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Salisbury University. Amber is a proud member of the Hippodrome Company and the Actors’ Equity Association. Stephanie Parks (Costume Designer / Costume Shop Manager) This is Stephanie’s second season as the Resident Costume Designer with The Hippodrome. Her Hipp design credits include A Doll’s House Part 2, Let the Right One In, Scrooge in Rouge, and Million Dollar Quartet. Stephanie received her B.F.A. in Fashion Design from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn and worked in New York City for several years both on and off Broadway with production credits including Cinderella (Broadway revival), Motown (Broadway), Big Fish (Broadway), Old Hats (Signature Theater), and Figaro (The Pearl Theatre). Stephanie then spent several years in regional theatre with credits including The Sound of Music (Papermill Playhouse), Next to Normal (The Weston Playhouse), and The Great Gatsby (Alabama Shakespeare Festival). Amanda Nipper (Sound & Video Designer) Amanda is thrilled to be in her seventh season at the Hippodrome. Other regional credits include Cape Fear Regional Theatre: Jesus Christ Superstar, Legally Blonde: The Musical, and The Parchman Hour: Songs and Stories of the ’61 Freedom Riders as the mix engineer in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Dorset Theatre Festival: Good People, The Whore and Mr. Moore, Boeing Boeing, and Deathtrap. Keep moving forward. Warren Goodwin (Technical Director, Scenic & Properties Designer) Warren joined the Hippodrome in 2004 as a carpenter in the scene shop, and assumed the role of Master Carpenter in 2006. In addition to helping build over a hundred of Hippodrome sets, Warren served as co-scenic designer on The Christians and The Wolves. He is thrilled to be currently serving as Technical Director. In his free time, Warren enjoys painting, and is an accomplished local artist. You can often find his work on display next door at Maude’s Cafe. Bill Boothman (Lead Electrician/ Video Designer) Bill is in his first year at The Hippodrome. Prior to joining the Hipp Bill worked with the stagehand’s union IATSE local 115 in Jacksonville, FL. Souvenir marks the first occasion in which Bill has served in a design position for the Hipp. Prior design credits for Bill include lighting design for Peter and the Wolf, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, and The Music Man and as props designer for a production of Young Frankenstein. Bill would like to thank Liz and Johnny for all of the guidance and opportunities they have given.
