WHO’S WHO AT THE HIPP Stephanie Lynge (Artistic Director) is an accomplished
actor, director, producer, teacher and coach. Stephanie has enjoyed a career of more than 27 years in professional theater and education. Since 2013 she has worked on more than 40 productions at the Hippodrome either as an actor, director, choreographer, or dramaturg. She was seen on stage this season in The Wolves and Let The Right One In. Her other acting credits include performances in New York City on Broadway and Off Broadway at Lincoln Center, BAM, Jean Cocteau Rep, and the York Theater Workshop. Regional theaters include Freefall, Goodspeed Opera House, Sacramento Music Circus, Pasadena Playhouse, Rep Theater of St. Louis, Flat Rock Playhouse, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Seaside Music Theater, as well as several National Tours. Directing credits include the Hippodrome’s Every Christmas Story Ever Told, The Legend of Georgia McBride, and The Ultimate Christmas Show as well as plays at the 45th Street Theater (NYC), New York Musical Theater Festival, and the University of Florida. Stephanie has served as a Visiting professor at Indiana University, and an Adjunct professor at New Jersey City University and University of Florida. After receiving her BA in Musical Theater from Indiana University, Stephanie lived and worked as an actor in New York City for over 20 years. Stephanie holds a Master of Fine Arts in acting from University of Florida and is a proud member of Actors Equity Association since 1996.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR Lucy Prebble (Author) Lucy won the George Devine Award 2004 for her debut play THE SUGAR SYNDROME followed by the TMA Award for Best New Play in 2004. She also won the 2004 Critics’ Circle Award for Most Promising Playwright. Lucy is the creator of the television series “Secret Diary of a Call Girl,” starring Billie Piper in the main role. “Secret Diary” is on its fourth season and was sold to Showtime. Lucy’s second play, ENRON, transferred to The West End and Broadway in 2010 after sell out runs at both The Royal Court and Chichester Festival Theatre. Sony has optioned the rights to develop ENRON into a film. ENRON won Best New Play at the TMA Theatre Awards, and was shortlisted for The Evening Standard Award for Best New Play 2009..

WHO’S WHO IN THE EFFECT Kelly Atkins*^(Dr.Lorna James) is a member of the Hippodrome Theatre’s Acting Company and is known for a wide range of performances including Souvenir, Scrooge in Rouge, Hand to God, The Toxic Avenger, The Marvelous Wonderettes, The Great American Trailer Park Musical, and others. She has appeared in leading roles for professional theatres throughout the country, as well as in commercials and television shows, on concert stages, in voiceover work and print. She has been a member of Actor’s Equity Association since 1997.
Marissa Toogood*^(Connie Hall) is excited to return to the Hipp’s virtual stage! Marissa is a member of the Hippodrome acting company and is a graduate of the University of Florida and Florida School of the Arts. In addition to performing, Marissa also works as a music teacher and voice-over artist. Last seen in the Hippodrome and freeFall Theatre’s production of Lone Star Spirits, some past favorite credits include Let the Right One In, The Wolves, A Year with Frog and Toad, Peter and the Starcatcher, Honky Tonk Angels, Mr. Burns, a Post-Electric Play, and Avenue Q. WHO’S WHO IN THE EFFECT Ryan Hope Travis (Dr. Tolby Sealy) is an actor, director, and multi-hyphenate filmmaker. As an actor, Ryan has guest starred on the Emmy AwardWinning series The Watchmen, Investigation ID’s Dead Silent and Swamp Murders. He has performed in numerous independent films and regional plays. As a multi-hyphenate filmmaker (e.g., writer, director, and cinematographer), Ryan has 10 short films to his credit, with several having their world premieres at film festivals in New York City, Austin, Miami, Los Angeles, and the Academy Award-qualifying, Atlanta Film Festival. He was last seen at the Hipp stage managing the New Works Festival 2020 and directing A Christmas Carol. He has spent most of his career as a director/choreographer within educational theatre working with kids from kindergarten to college age. He has former students working is all aspects of theatre from performance to design across the country. Favorite projects include An Ideal Husband (Sonnet Repertory Theatre), Merrily We Roll Along (Wichita State), Phantasmagoria (Prospect Theater Company), Broadway Bombs (Joe Allen Players), Grease (Tippecanoe Outdoor Amphitheater) and Das Barbecu (Heartists.)
