Role: I was designer for this projects that Summer House was Section A-A located in remote village on the foothills of Damavand Mount. The project is stopped at schematic A102 design due the client request. The site is part of a cherry orchard and I tried to save those trees as much as possible. Client requested dynamic relationship between inside and outside. Capturing views of the mountain from both floors defined many aspects of this this project. Farahani

Project name: Schematic Design of High Gate Roundabout - Light Tower Firm name: Bickel Group

Role: Schematic design for a gated community. The client wanted to add the complex a monument with classic Spanish design--yet the light tower also had to match the rest of elements of the site. I was involved with schematic design from the project’s beginning, from handsketching the ideas for the tower to developing the detailed 3D model of the final design.

Project name: MacDonald’s Drive-through site Plan Design and Site Plan Feasibility Studies Firm name: Bickel Group Year: 2021 Location: Varied Role: I designed many site plan feasibility studies as well as actual site plans and drafting for McDonald’s projects. The challenge for each was meeting city and client requirements at the same time.

I have extensive experience in graphic visualizations, 3D modeling, rendering, 2D presentation sketching, and animations.



Project name: 2D and 3D Renders for Googie Car Wash Firm name: Bickel Group Year: 2021 Location: Anaheim, CA Role: Creating an elevation that reflects selected materials, presents depths of facade, and provides an interesting background. As for renders, the canopy was covered with solar panels. Renders needed to show panels’ translucence and, simultaneously, their ability to provide shade.



Project name: 3D Modeling and Renders for a Sierra Gateway Commercial Center Firm name: Bickel Group Year: 2021 Location: Fontana, CA Role: Merging the vision of the landscape designer and our firm, I created a vibrant environment full of energy. The city required night renders as well as the entitlement package.



Project name: Old River Ranch Commercial Center Firm name: Bickel Group Year: 2021 Location: Bakersfield, CA Role: Created colored site plan to match the renders. I also designed the facade and created the renders for entitlement.
