The proposed site for the clubhouse was densely filled with the major existing mango trees. Trres were so tightly spaced that the beneath the trees, even sunlight was barely reaching. Environment was naturely developed that it only requried a fine tuning in landscape. Client had a requested to retain the trees as much as possible while designing the clubhouse. The Areas like changing room, SPA, Swimming pools, etc the trees were retained by taking them inside in the space. Out of 109 trees, 15 trees were required to replaned in different location. The initial Idea behind the Clubhouse was for to design around 100 Families, the area dedicated to Clubhouse in Masterplan was also Propotionalty bigger then the present area. Though as filling the time, the Overall scheme of Masterplan also revised and respectively the space dedicated to Clubhouse also changed. The present scheme of clubhouse has been designed for 70-80 families.
