HYDROS
MOBILE WATER TREATMENT NATO STOCK NUMBER: 4610-33-2142495
DESCRIPTION Rapid-deployment and easy-to-use (Plug & Play) mobile watermaker that provides high versatility and flexibility to ensure the supply of drinking water in natural disasters, emergencies, operations deployments, and in general in any unforeseen situation where there is a need of drinking water supply. It is a Hispano Vema patented system that highlighted new generation of mobile watermakers and its state of the art technology HYDROS mobile watermaker is based on a filtration system using nanometer filtering technology and ultraviolet light sterilization. Laboratory tests confirm the elimination of 99.999% of viruses, bacteria, heavy metals and organic compounds present in the water. Thanks to its Plug & Play system, there is no need for specialized personnel either for its manipulation or for its maintenance, besides the possibility of being supplied by four sources of energy: Solar power, Mains electricity (110/220 VAC), Vehicle batteries (12/24 VDC) and auxiliary internal LiFeO4 battery. The filtration technology does not require the use of chemicals in the purification process, as well as eliminate the rejection water. This provides a double benefit in terms of sustainability and lower Total Cost of Ownership. DIMENSIONS Width

WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT CONTAINER ISO 20’ 1C
MOBILE WATER TREATMENT
DESCRIPTION Biological Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) are designed to reduce biodegradable organic pollutants of wastewater from showers, washbasins, toilets, kitchens, etc. These plants do not generate noise or bad smells, maximizing the debugging performance. Biological waste water treatment is based on a 2-phase process: PHASE 1 Takes place in the reactor compartment where, by means of a blower pump and some diffusers, the wastewater is subjected to a prolonged aeration, creating a aerobic medium (water with excess oxygen) where aerobic bacteria find a culture medium When there is enough bacterial flora these bacteria take care of digest dissolved organic matter, thus achieving the biological decomposition of matter organic by oxidation. PHASE 2 Total oxidation, which has the mission of decanting sludge by gravity. The waters clean will go through the outlet pipe after going through another decanting that is done by means of a Thompson decanter, designed to facilitate the processes of sedimentation by gravity of the sludge. The sludge located at the bottom of this second compartment, will be forwarded to the first phase (oxidation phase) by a pump recirculating. The resulting water is no longer considered wastewater and can be discharged without risk to the environment or can be treated for conversion into drinking water. The waste in the form of sludge must be periodically purged from the tank and can be made without danger, since it is considered an inert. BIOLOGICAL WASTE WATER TREATMENT PROCESS
