Error Code p02

The error code p02 will occur due to the ink cartridges issue on your printer

To fix this error on your printer, follow the below steps.

● First, unplug the power cord from the rear of your printer.

● Next, remove the power cord from the electrical outlet.

● In case you have connected the USB cable between your printer and computer, disconnect it immediately

● Now, wait for some time and reconnect the power cord to the printer’s back and the other end to an electrical outlet.

● Once you connect the power cord, press the Power button on your printer.

● Check if the error is solved on your printer.

Error Code e36

This error will occur due to the connection issue on your printer. To fix the error code e36 on your Canon Printer TS3122 printer, follow the below steps.

● Verify if the power cord is connected to the printer's back and the other end to an electrical outlet.
