● Make sure to turn on your printer.

● Ensure to load the photo paper into the paper cassette.

● On your computer, open the photo that you want to print.

● Choose the File menu at the top-left corner of the window and click on the Print option from the drop-down list.

● In the print dialog box, select the Preferences or Properties option.

● Now, the Canon Printer TS3122 printer’s driver setup screen will display on your computer

● Choose the Quick Setup tab at the top of the dialog box.

● Make sure to set the Commonly used setting, Additional Features, Media Type, and Printer Paper Size settings.

● Choose OK at the bottom of the dialog box.

Document From Canon Printer To Computer

● Make sure to turn on your printer

● Now, lift the scanner lid and load the document with the print side down on the scanner glass.

● Slowly close the scanner lid of your printer.

● Go to the Start menu on your computer’s main screen and open the Canon Utility application.

● Select the IJ Scan Utility option.

● Click the Settings button at the bottom-right of the window

● Now, the settings window will appear on the screen.

● Select the Document Scan category at the left menu panel on the window.

● Make sure to complete the settings such as color mode, paper size, resolution, etc.

● After completing the document settings, click on the OK button at the bottom of the screen.

● Now, you will be back to the Canon IJ Scan Utility window

● Select the Document option at the top of the screen.

● Now, the printer will start the scanning process.
