PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Tom and Sara are finishing off their lower level. The client’s like to entertain and want the space to be welcoming for friends and family to come over and use. There is a family room, bar area, wine cellar, and game room in a relatively open space separated by a double sided fire place. They have two daughters who would be using the space frequently as well. Both Tom and Sara like neutral colors and natural elements. They want to carry their transitional style from the rest of the home into the lower level while still having it feel like a separate space. Other client requests include: luxury vinyl or wood looking floors, carpet in family room, sectional or sofa seating in family room, additional seating areas, neutral tile on fireplace, large island with seating and storage, quartz countertops, different paint colors to define each room, tile for wine cellar, fun light fixture in wine cellar, and a Wisconsin themed game room.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION Merit and Scott are empty nesters looking to remodel their kitchen. They want their new kitchen to feel more open and light as opposed to the existing kitchen which has darker cabinets and not a lot of natural daylight coming into the space. Merit owns a particular chest of drawers piece, which she loves, that is located in the current kitchen and she wants to incorporate it into the new space. Other client requests include: wood cabinets, drawer base cabinets rather than doors, dedicated dog food drawer, a cooktop and fun vent hood, microwave and wall oven combination, and an antique but modern style.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION Robyn and Ryan want to relocate their kitchen from the upper level to the main level. The home was built on a farm in 1856. To stay true to the age and character of the home, they are interested in a Farmhouse style kitchen. They have a growing family and their top priority is it being kid friendly. A challenge with the existing space is it has four windows only 16 above the finished floor and the client only wants to raise two for cabinetry to fit under. There are also six doors, with a client request to retain five. Other client requests include: painted cabinetry, an island with seating, a home for the dog crate, new floors, more lower cabinets than upper cabinets, and incorporate a kids space.
