Editor’s Talk Dear all shareholders and investors, for the Company’s business operation during the second half of 2016, there are several key updates such as the launch of new HomePro and Mega Home stores and HomePro in Malaysia, the arrangement of marketing activities comprised of HomePro Fair and the 24th HomePro Expo with the new concept inspiring the decoration and home renovation, together with discounts and privileges for customers visiting the fair. Furthermore, new innovation “Home Makeover” was introduced, with services provided by professional technicians’ team who would make the home improvement much easier, easing your worries of work abandon by contractors and excessive budget. HomePro’s operates adherence to good corporate governance practices and stakeholders responsibilities, the Company was rated and rewarded various national and international awards, for instance being listed in MSCI Global Sustainability Indexes, MSCI Global SRI Indexes, FTSE4Good Emerging Index and FTSE4Good ASEAN 5 Index, Thailand Sustainability Investment for the second consecutive year, as well as received the SET Sustainability Awards 2016 for “Rising Star”. Introducing New stores

HomePro Bang Sare – Rama 9 - Srinakarin Launching 3 New HomePro stores in 2H16

The 79th- 81th stores of HomePro were launched, covered a wide array of product categories to satisfy needs of home lovers, together with one stop solution service: improvement, repairment, decoration, construction material, and media & visual hub under “The Power� as well as the Home Service: 3D system design for bathroom and kitchen, installation and relocation service, maintenance and cleaning service for home appliance and mattress, and home improvement service for kitchen, bathroom and repainting.

Mega Home

HomePro Malaysia

Three new Mega Home stores were launched in Hadyai, Nakhon Ratchasima and Nakhonpanom, selling 4 major product categories: construction materials, systematic work and tools, decoration and home appliance, and household goods. The stores are equipped with airconditioners to satisfy all groups of customers. At the end of 2016, there were 11 stores of Mega Home all over Thailand.

There was a grand opening ceremony at the second store of HomePro Malaysia at Summit USJ Department Store, Kuala Lumpur. In addition, the Company plans to continuously expand stores in Malaysia in order to achieve economies of scale in the future.

HomePro Fair & HomePro Expo#24th Ramp up marketing spend on Home Pro Fair and the 24th HomePro Expo to boost sales in 2H16.

“HomePro Fair” is a major home and accommodation fair, held during July 22-31, 2016 at Impact Muang Thong Thani, turning the venue into a shoppers’ heaven, offering a good combination style of housing needs. This HomePro Fair was arranged under the concept of Living Fair: “Shop, Eat, Fly, Travel” differed from HomePro Expo, where you can satisfy all your lifestyle needs. Apart from housing products, there was Lifestyle Zone with relaxing atmosphere that consists of home decoration and new sources of inspiration.

“24th HomePro Expo” is the best fair for home lovers, held during November 18-27, 2016 at Impact Muang Thong Thani, under the concept of “Real Expert in Home Improvement”. The products offered up to 80% discount for home appliances, bedroom furniture, lighting, sanitary wares, tile, and gardening equipment. There was “Pattarapat” Shop by Chaipattana Foundation under the royal project of HM King Rama IX, selling consumer products, handicraft products, and products under Pattarapat brand. Also, in this event, a lot of privileges were offered by leading financial institutions to all HomePro customers.

Home Makeover

- Life Changing

Currently, existing homes account for more than 80% but they may not meet with the change of people’s lifestyle, for instance, having new members from marriage, having the elderly in the house, or the modification of a house into a workspace. With this, most of people do not know where to start and might worry about contractors and excessive budget, so most of the time they end up living in the same condition or having their houses renovated as they can manage. From the issues mentioned above, HomePro, as the leading of Home Improvement retailer and providing complete range of related services, has launched the “Home Makeover” reality show, fulfill a home renovation dream by teams of leading interior designers and professional technicians team from HomePro. The reality show will select 10 homes covering single-detached houses, commercial buildings, townhomes, and condominiums. This program started broadcasting on the channel 21 Voice TV on July 10, 2016 since 6.30pm onward.
