Dea Kudibal, the designer and creative director of Dea Kudibal, was born into a family of artists and bankers. This heritage gave her a natural flair for design and good business acumen. Following design studies in Copenhagen, Dea received a BA in Fashion Management from London College of Fashion.
Feminine prints, playful colours and flattering silhouettes are at the core of this Danish brand’s DNA. Using stretch silk, known for both its quality and durability, the brand’s founder, Dea Kudibal, draws inspiration from ethnic and vintage patterns to create dreamy collections of hand detailed pieces.
At scoop, we will be showing the AW22, ‘Highland Treasures’. The collection is inspired by the beautiful wild nature, hideaway barren landscapes and mossy hillsides that you can find in the English countryside. The Sissinghurst Castle Garden and Charleston Farmhouse are just two great examples. Expect to see a mixture of: dusky and bright tones, floral patterns, bright bouquet and lush leaves prints across the collection.
