Muzzy G2 Visiting Scholar Program

The Muzzy G2 Visiting Scholar Program enables Hoag physicians, clinicians, and leaders to learn from thought leaders who are pioneering in all aspects of health care: medicine, surgery, medical ethics, research, and more. This way, we can enact or build on their methods to enhance our community’s care. While fully implementing the Muzzy G2 Visiting Scholar Program was delayed by an unprecedented time in public health history, the pandemic underscored how important it is for Hoag to be on the leading edge of innovation.

Now, we can firmly look to the future of this program and build a robust infrastructure that creates a pathway for merging education with application. We are forming the framework for the program that will specify a scholar selection process, the duration of their Hoag involvement, and determine the appropriate audience for the person’s teachings and more.
