1 Residential urban complex Graduation project - 2020
The project is is a mixed-use urban complex, located in the Hassan district, near the Hassan Tower, an emblematic symbol of the city of Rabat. This historical site, although highly frequented by tourists, is not sufficiently animated. The chief aim of this project is the valorization of the site’s heritage, and the creation of a sustainable and healthy living space, with facades inspired by the principles of facade composition during the first half of the 20th century. The project is mainly residential, but includes other functions that will animate the area such as hotels, offices, stores and cafes.
The design concept is as follows : - The creation of two pedestrian streets, each with a view of one of the site’s monuments: the Hassan Tower and the Mohammed V mausoleum. These two axis are doted with porticos hosting commercial galleries.
- The creation of a smaller plaza at the other side of the project. - The creation of a large plaza with an open-air theater surrounded by buildings housing offices, hotels and cafes with terraces on the floors, thus taking advantage of the view.

Unit 4
Each unit has a underground parking lot, with driveways connected to the roads surrounding the project. The stairs linking the basement to the first floor are located in the courtyard of each unit. The underground parking area of the plaza has entrances and exits at the level of Assaadiyine Street, which has become pedestrianized and has been included into the area.
The units have openings that allow entry to the courtyard serving the building entrances. This courtyard is laid out as a garden and provides leisure areas as well as play grounds for children.
The stairways of this parking lot are located next to the seating area of the open-air theater, but also on the two lateral units, which are equipped with elevators, allowing the delivery of goods to stores, cafes and hotels.

2 Mixed-use urban complex Final project - 2018
The project is located in the valley of Bouregreg, and precisely in the second sequence of its development project which extends between the Moulay Hassan bridge and the ONCF bridge and which links the two cities Rabat and Salé, historical monuments such as the Oudayas Kasbah, and the Hassan tower. Its location alongside the river provides an interesting landscape and several amenities such as the tranquility and the beautiful view.
Our intervention is aimed at making the most out of the river by creating spaces for walking, exercising, relaxing and enjoying the scenery, and by making the view on the river visible and accessible from different spots of the site.
The two main axes oriented towards the landmarks divide the site into three entities.
Two of them are linked by a walkway ensuring continuity and a homogeneity favoring meeting and exchange between users.
The pedestrian bridges create a semi covered promenade area leading to the great theater of Rabat.

3 A new urban center for Sale Final project - 2019
The project is located in the northwest of the city of Sale, and more specifically in the Bab Lamrissa district. The identification of facilities and services in the area around our project site allowed us to deduce the needs of the population. We noticed a shortage of social, cultural and sports facilities. Therefore, the aim of the project is to create a mixed-use city center in the city of Sale, which includes eco-friendly residential buildings, facilities and offices providing employment opportunities.
Project’s overview
Office Housing
Library Department store
Training center Craft village
Hotel Swimming Pool Theater Gym Hotel
The project is divided into three parts with different vocations : a craft village, a cultural and sports center and a residential and business area. A central axis is laid out as a promenade, leading to an outstanding Office Tower, and offering a beautiful panorama.
The social, cultural and sports urban center includes a department store, a cultural center, a theater, a gym, a swimming pool, and youth residence,
The craft village on the right side, is equipped with a walkway following a circuit of small plazas hosting, in addition to accommodation for the craftspeople, workshops and stores for each type of craft, inviting visitors to discover a large variety of products.
The area on the other side, hosts eco-friendly residential buildings and offices, as well as a sustainable Office Tower.
Project’s master plan
Solar panels Green roof
Rainwater collection Shared facility
Water tank
In public parks, rainwater is collected and channeled to humid areas such as water jets and fountains, which favor evaporation and cooling in summer. This allows a better thermal comfort. The buildings’ walls are insulated with glass fiber, and the green roofs contribute to the thermal and acoustic insulation and the improvement of the air quality. The hot water will be generated by means of a system of solar panels installed on the roofs, inclined at 38° and oriented towards the south.
In the residential area, water management is done throughout each unit. The collected rainwater is used for watering the green terraces, cleaning the floor, or flushing the toilets. The rest is kept in underground tanks for future use. The water distribution network operates with a pump powered by a photovoltaic solar panel.
4 Disability services center December 2021
The Disability Services Center provides services and support to people with disabilities. It is localised in the city of Souk El Abaa Gharb. This project is a proposition to a public procurement, with specific needs and requirements, such as simple facades and budget compliance.
CONCEPT In order to provide a simple and linear circulation and to facilitate the orientation of visually impaired people, we opted for a simple layout inspired by Moroccan traditional architecture : wide circulations around a courtyard.
The patio represents the heart of the building around which the functions of the project are articulated. It allows the lighting and ventilation of the various spaces and also constitutes a central green area that creates a convivial atmosphere for the visitors.
A combination of volumes has resulted from the different dimensions of the blocks and have been carefully designed to animate the facades. Disabled parking lot
Directional tactile pavers
The interior circulation, simple, linear and superior than 1m50 wide, is organized around the patio, to make it easier for people in wheelchairs to move around and for people with a hearing impairment to communicate.
Vertical circulation within the building is by means of stairs and elevators. The main staircase is positioned and designed to be easily recognizable and accessible from the entrance.
The entrance is framed by two brightly colored solid blocks, making it more conspicuous to the visually impaired.
