CONSENT AGENDA Consent Agenda defined: All items listed with an asterisk (*) are considered to be routine business by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. RESOLUTIONS 1.*

Authorizing additional temporary emergency appropriations to the SFY 2007 budget until such time as a formal budget is adopted.

2.*

Approving a one (1) year contract with MaxorPlus, Ltd., in the amount of $3,850,000.00, for Prescription Plan Services for Hoboken City employees.

3.*

Authorizing the City of Hoboken to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the Hoboken Fire Officers Association (FOA) Local 1076.

4.*

Authorizing the City of Hoboken to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the Hoboken Uniformed Firefighters Association (UFA) Local 1078.

5.*

Authorizing the City of Hoboken to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the Hoboken Municipal Supervisors Association (HMSA).

6.*

Authorizing individual refunds, in the amount of $2,640.00, for dismissed charges of booting and/or towing actions taken by the Hoboken Parking Utility.

7.*

Authorizing individual refunds of deposits, in the amount of $1,920.00, for vehicle AVI (computer) cards used in the Municipal Garages of the Hoboken Parking Utility.

8.*

Authorizing a regional contribution mortgage, subordination of mortgage, regulatory agreement & form of note between the City of Hoboken and 1118 Adams Street Urban Renewal, LLC.
