A Note from Our Founder Today is a perfect time to look back on our incredible journey as a company and see how far we've come. Why you may ask? Garment Valet has embarked on a great milestone, expanding our business into one of the largest cities in the nation‐ New York and its surrounding metro area. In 2004 my business partner, Adam Jacknow and I were sitting in the back of a Laundromat exhausted yet deeply excited about having nurtured the beginnings of something wonderful. What started as a small laundry business named Husky Express for local college students in Boston, MA has flourished and become a leader in revolutionizing the way consumers think about laundry. I still clearly remember the day Adam looked me in the eye and said "Dom, it would be great if we were bigger." Six years later we've successfully launched Garment Valet, implemented automated customer care services and grown our northeast consumer base ten fold. It has been an honor to have received national accreditation from many prominent news publications in such a short time and we look forward to fostering additional relationships going forward. In the midst of everyday tasks it’s easy to overlook where you came from. On a daily basis we continue to stay true to our core values and appreciate how far we came from that little Laundromat in Boston, MA. We look forward to servicing your big city needs in a revolutionary virtual way while maintaining the care and courtesy of a neighborhood Laundromat. Cheers!
