Please take notice that MetroPCS New York, LLC, the lessee of a portion of propertv known as 410 8th Street. Hoboken, New Jersey. and shown on the Hoboken Tax Assessment Map as Block 91, Lot 1 . 1 , has made application to the Hoboken Planning Board for minor site plan approval to construct a wireless communications facility on the roof of the property. The applicant has also requested a front yard setback variance to permit a front yard setback of 0.25' rather than 5', and variance for the height of the antennas and GPS exceeding the roof by 8', and any additional variances, waiver or other relief required by the Board after its review of this application.
The Planning Board has scheduled a public hearing to review the application for February 3,2009 at 7:00 PM at the City Hall, Newark & Washington Streets, Hoboken, New Jersey at which time you may appear if you wish to be heard with respect to this application. The application forms and plans are available for inspection at the office of the Planning Board, at City Hall, during normal business hours.
