7. During the performance of this contract, United Textiles Fabricators Corp. agrees as follows: A. The City of Hoboken and the Parking Utility hereby retain the services of United Textiles Fabricators Corp. for Coin Collection services; and
B. The fee for this service shall not exceed Twenty Seven Thousand ($25,000) dollars a year at the rate of Two Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Two ($2,292.00) a month. The term of the contract beginning December 1,2005 and terminates November 3 1,2006.
