The Church Towers PILOT agreement is in jeopardy. There are some residents and Council members who do not want this agreement approved. I have been informed that the Administration has removed this item from Wednesday's Agenda and that the resolution will be voted on at the meeting of January 2 1'' 2009.

Council members or residents that create an "us vs. them" environment in our community are doing a disservice to our city. We ALL live in Hoboken together and should not stand for the MiddleIWorking Class being eliminated. The working families who live in our neighborhoods will always have a voice and will not be forced from their homes!

I have spoken to our building manager, Debbie Forte and was informed that she will be attending the Council meeting on January 21'' 2009 with the management's legal counsel. Since I live in Church Towers, I will not be able to speak nor vote on the renewal. At this moment of impending peril to the homes we live in it is imperative that YOU come and speak out against this injustice. We are facing a crisis of enormous proportions and it is crucial that you attend both the meeting on Wednesday, January 7'h 2009 and Wednesday January 2 1'' 2009 to raise your voices in unison. Your Friend & Neighbor, Michael Councilman Michael Russo
