Stuffed Breast of Veal – traditionally stuffed with veggies. This time we will also include a matzoh stuffing. Additionally we will make a simple version of Gefilte Fist that will impress even Grandma.

A wonderful evening of learning fun as we make our own pasta. Tonight we’ll highlight it with only the simplest of sauces – al aioli and butter and garlic. From the linguini to delicious ravioli stuffed with crab or mushroom and goat cheese, some crusty bread and your favorite wine will have you wanting to freeze a few batches for your next dinner party.

To serve a steaming dish of baked paella is a culinary accomplishment and this class will rid you of all intimidation! We’ll learn how simple to season, prep and bake this classic dish with chorizo, pork, chicken and seafood. The perfect dish to pair with a complex Rioja from northern Spain – or a Sangria, if you prefer.

The perfect way to picnic during summer: a delicious broccoli salad with sweet/sour vinaigrette; hearty bread with light chicken salad – no mayo; and the perfect desert of brownies. . .all to accompany a virgin Sangria.

Hard or soft boiled, stuffed, scrambled and poached the egg is a versatile wonder of nature served in a variety of dishes. We will make stuffed HB eggs, an asparagus frittata and serve them poached atop of ratatouille. Delicious any way you choose. White wines a must! Class #103

The ever classic and elegant presentation of a Roast Crown of Pork, stuffed with a healthy whole wheat stuffing. Tonight we will also learn how to make creamy mashed potatoes that will have the Easter bunny looking for a place at the table. Class #104
