We sincerely hope you had a wonderful festive season and that 2025 has started with a bang! Welcome to your first edition of Hoburne Life magazine for the coming year.
As we bring 2024 to a close, we would like to thank all our owners for their continued support throughout the year.
We’re excited about 2025 and look forward to seeing you (and friends and family) on park. We have a fabulous range of owner events, special offers and more coming your way.

Holidays at Hoburne are all about making memories, and we want to offer you the chance to share your most treasured ones.
Perhaps you met that special someone in your life at one of our parks. Maybe you come back again and again, because your Hoburne Holiday Home is your little slice of heaven. It could be just one special summer’s evening, a hand held on the beach or a friend you’ve never forgotten but would love to reconnect with.
Just let us know by emailing rachel.page@hoburne.com with a few brief details and your contact information. If your story is then chosen, you will be contacted in advance and could soon be featured on our website and one of our regular Owner and guest marketing communications.
2 Hoburne Life – Devon Bay by Hoburne
Park updates
Enhancements to Mallard Rise commenced on 6th January and are expected to finish at the end of March. Improvements include new pathing and access to every unit, new Wi-Fi, new lighting bollards, piped gas and private parking spaces for each unit.
The kitchen has undergone some refurbishment throughout January and we would like to thank you for
your patience whilst the works were taking place. We’re sure the improvements will make our food service even better for you.
Other exciting plans are being developed for 2025 to enhance selected areas across the park, including our dog facilities - watch this space!

We’re super proud of our food and beverage team who won ‘Team of the Year’ for 2024. Their achievements throughout 2024 were remarkable, including the successful opening of the Pier House.
Aaron, Ella, Ruby and Calvin will be staying with us as our entertainment team for 2025, with perhaps a new addition to the team also!
