Wild Animal Sighting Advisory
Occasionally, wild animals may find their way onboard our ships. For your safety, if you encounter any wild animals onboard, it is prohibited to interact with or touch them. We ask that you please report any sightings or encounters to any of our Officers or Crew.
Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)
For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Harmony of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

We are unable to offer full bar service onboard today, due to a Texas Alcohol Beverage Control (“ABC”) law. All our bars will operate normally once we reach international waters.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT
Setting Up Your Account
If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations
Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. The Maitre d' can also assist you with making changes to your seating.

Setting Up Your Account
If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT
Setting Up Your Account
If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. Including all of the famous songs from the 70s hit movie, you’ll follow the romantic twists and turns of Sandy and Danny, two summer loves who navigate the tricky social waters of Rydell High School while keeping their reputations - and relationships - together.
Meet the other Columbus in Columbus, The Musical! Royal Caribbean’s Original Production tells the tale of Christopher’s luckless distant cousin, Marvin. Banished from his father’s kingdom, Marvin sets sail on a madcap voyage of discovery in the hopes of claiming his own place in history. Unforeseen romance and a happily ever after story are on the map as Marvin Columbus crashes into his Caribbean destiny.

While over the counter and prescription pharmaceuticals may be readily available for purchase, counterfeit medication is common and may contain dangerous ingredients, including deadly doses of fentanyl.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT
Setting Up Your Account
If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

How much are gratuities?
If not already pre-paid, a $18 50 gratuity ($21 00 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT
Setting Up Your Account
If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations
Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. The Maitre d' can also assist you with making changes to your seating.
Room Service
Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 4800 from your stateroom phone.

GRATUITIES
How much are gratuities?
If not already pre-paid, a $18 50 gratuity ($21 00 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Lost and Found
Please alert Guest Services prior to your departure if you have lost or misplaced any items during your cruise. You can use www.chargerback.com to report lost items after you leave the ship. All unreported items will be held for 30 days.

Tips for an Easy Departure
Here’s how to make your departure experience as seamless as possible. You can also check out Channel 7 on your stateroom television for a video overview of this process.
We’ve implemented a more gradual flow for our departure process.
• Staterooms must be fully vacated no later than 8:00 am. After you’ve enjoyed breakfast, please head to your designated departure lounge until your departure number is announced or displayed on the ship’s digital screens.
• All guests have been assigned a specific departure group and time. We’ve done our best to schedule your departure at a convenient time for you. You will be notified of your departure time on Channel 2 on your stateroom television until 8:00 am, and wayfinding maps and digital screens throughout the ship. This is where our schedule will be continually updated. We ask you to verify the schedule on the television prior to leaving your stateroom. You can also review your departure information via the Royal Caribbean App for a quick and easy experience.
• Guests can purchase transfer tickets to Houston George Bush International Airport (IAH) for $45.00 per person and William P. Hobby Airpo rt (HOU) for $40.00, at Guest Services until the last day of the cruise before 11:00 am. (This is for guests with flights after noon on departure morning).
• To avoid the large crowds and the long wait times, take advantage of our Self-Assist program (see details below).
Self-Assist Departure
Avoid the wait by keeping your entire luggage with you as you depart the ship. Guests who decide to carry their own luggage can debark from the ship accordingly as per your designated departure time on the App Check your departure time before proceeding to the gangway. The exit gangway is located at deck 5 forward and aft.
Note: This option is not available for guests requiring wheelchair assistance
** To take part of our Self Assist program you need to carry only 1 bag per person. The terminal in Galveston has limited elevat ors. The use of escalators while handling more than one piece of luggage is not permitted.
Departure Morning
• Your invoice will be emailed to you at the end of your cruise vacation.
• Don’t forget valuables stored in your stateroom safe and leave the safe door open.
• You are free to depart as soon as the Self-Assist Departure announcement has been made. Typically, by 7:45 am.
Getting Off the Ship
• Once the Self-Assist announcement is made or when you receive a notification via the Royal Caribbean App, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 5 with your entire luggage.
• Taxis are usually readily available outside the terminal.
Regular Departure
Take advantage of our luggage assistance provided on the night before departure. Assigned departure times begin at 8:45 am and end at 10:00 am approximately. The exit gangway is located at deck 5 forward and aft.
Night Before
• If you are not choosing Self-Assist Departure, leave your bags with luggage tags attached outside your door by 10:00 pm. Remember to place the luggage tag on one of your carry-on bags so your departure group is clearly identified.
• Keep travel documents, valuables, and essential medications with you.
• Note: Guests requiring wheelchair assistance on Royal Caribbean airport transfers and shore excursions are required to check their bags the night before.
Departure Morning
• Your invoice will be emailed to you by the end of your cruise vacation.
• Don’t forget valuables stored in your stateroom safe and leave the safe door open.
• On departure morning, if your luggage tag number has not been called, please remain in your waiting area until the tag is called.
Getting Off the Ship
• If you are on a Royal Caribbean shore excursion, please refer to your tour ticket for meeting point and time details. You can collect your bags at the terminal.
• If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, and then proceed to your transportation. Taxis will be readily available.
• If you require wheelchair assistance, please inform Guest Services by dialing 0 to schedule a time and receive more instruction the day before departure
• Please note that wait times at the terminal will be longer for guests traveling with birth certificates instead of passports.
How do I close out my tab?
Your invoice will be mailed to you at the end of your cruise vacation. The credit card you provided at check-in will be automatically charged. You can also add additional gratuities to your SeaPass at Guest Services or leave cash.
There will be a hold when you link your credit card to your onboard account. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released within 5 – 7 business days after your sailing.

Slick back your hair and pack your poodle skirts. Summer Lovin’ is in the air with an all new larger than life take on Broadway’s hit musical, Grease. Including all of the famous songs from the 70s hit movie, you’ll follow the romantic twists and turns of Sandy and Danny, two summer loves who navigate the tricky social waters of Rydell High School while keeping their reputations - and relationships - together.
Meet the other Columbus in Columbus, The Musical! Royal Caribbean’s Original Production tells the tale of Christopher’s luckless distant cousin, Marvin. Banished from his father’s kingdom, Marvin sets sail on a madcap voyage of discovery in the hopes of claiming his own place in history. Unforeseen romance and a happily ever after story are on the map as Marvin Columbus crashes into his Caribbean destiny.
The Fine Line is the AquaTheater redefined with high-flying feats, mind blowing stunts and physically demanding acrobatics brought to life by the world’s best extreme-sports athletes. ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT
Setting Up Your Account
If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations
Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. The Maitre d' can also assist you with making changes to your seating.
Room Service
Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 4800 from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?
If not already pre-paid, a $18 50 gratuity ($21 00 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Lost and Found
Please alert Guest Services prior to your departure if you have lost or misplaced any items during your cruise. You can use www.chargerback.com to report lost items after you leave the ship. All unreported items will be held for 30 days.

Tips for an Easy Departure
Here’s how to make your departure experience as seamless as possible. You can also check out Channel 7 on your stateroom television for a video overview of this process.
We’ve implemented a more gradual flow for our departure process.
• Staterooms must be fully vacated no later than 8:00 am. After you’ve enjoyed breakfast, please head to your designated departure lounge until your departure number is announced or displayed on the ship’s digital screens.
• All guests have been assigned a specific departure group and time. We’ve done our best to schedule your departure at a convenient time for you. You will be notified of your departure time on Channel 2 on your stateroom television until 8:00 am, and wayfinding maps and digital screens throughout the ship. This is where our schedule will be continually updated. We ask you to verify the schedule on the television prior to leaving your stateroom. You can also review your departure information via the Royal Caribbean App for a quick and easy experience.
• Guests can purchase transfer tickets to Houston George Bush International Airport (IAH) for $45.00 per person and William P. Hobby Airpo rt (HOU) for $40.00, at Guest Services until the last day of the cruise before 11:00 am. (This is for guests with flights after noon on departure morning).
• To avoid the large crowds and the long wait times, take advantage of our Self-Assist program (see details below).
Self-Assist Departure
Avoid the wait by keeping your entire luggage with you as you depart the ship. Guests who decide to carry their own luggage can debark from the ship accordingly as per your designated departure time on the App Check your departure time before proceeding to the gangway. The exit gangway is located at deck 5 forward and aft.
Note: This option is not available for guests requiring wheelchair assistance
** To take part of our Self Assist program you need to carry only 1 bag per person. The terminal in Galveston has limited elevat ors. The use of escalators while handling more than one piece of luggage is not permitted.
Departure Morning
• Your invoice will be emailed to you at the end of your cruise vacation.
• Don’t forget valuables stored in your stateroom safe and leave the safe door open.
• You are free to depart as soon as the Self-Assist Departure announcement has been made. Typically, by 7:45 am.
Getting Off the Ship
• Once the Self-Assist announcement is made or when you receive a notification via the Royal Caribbean App, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 5 with your entire luggage.
• Taxis are usually readily available outside the terminal.
Regular Departure
Take advantage of our luggage assistance provided on the night before departure. Assigned departure times begin at 8:45 am and end at 10:00 am approximately. The exit gangway is located at deck 5 forward and aft.
Night Before
• If you are not choosing Self-Assist Departure, leave your bags with luggage tags attached outside your door by 10:00 pm. Remember to place the luggage tag on one of your carry-on bags so your departure group is clearly identified.
• Keep travel documents, valuables, and essential medications with you.
• Note: Guests requiring wheelchair assistance on Royal Caribbean airport transfers and shore excursions are required to check their bags the night before.
Departure Morning
• Your invoice will be emailed to you by the end of your cruise vacation.
• Don’t forget valuables stored in your stateroom safe and leave the safe door open.
• On departure morning, if your luggage tag number has not been called, please remain in your waiting area until the tag is called.
Getting Off the Ship
• If you are on a Royal Caribbean shore excursion, please refer to your tour ticket for meeting point and time details. You can collect your bags at the terminal.
• If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, and then proceed to your transportation. Taxis will be readily available.
• If you require wheelchair assistance, please inform Guest Services by dialing 0 to schedule a time and receive more instruction the day before departure
• Please note that wait times at the terminal will be longer for guests traveling with birth certificates instead of passports.
How do I close out my tab?
Your invoice will be mailed to you at the end of your cruise vacation. The credit card you provided at check-in will be automatically charged. You can also add additional gratuities to your SeaPass at Guest Services or leave cash.
There will be a hold when you link your credit card to your onboard account. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released within 5 – 7 business days after your sailing.

Important Things to Know
• Gold, Platinum, Emerald, Diamond, and Diamond plus Guests: Use Royal Theater on Deck 4 from 8:00 am – 9:30 am.
• Consecutive Cruisers, please refer to the letter in your stateroom for your meeting place and time.
• If you still have pool towels on departure morning, bring them to Towel Station located on deck 5 in front of Next Cruise to return them.
• To claim items collected from you on boarding day, please see shore side security at the terminal after passing Customs & Bor der patrol on departure.

• Guests are subject to the Customs Allowance of their country.
• U.S. guests (returning to the U.S.) need to declare purchases that exceed $800 USD per person and if they bring in over 200 cigarettes, 100 non-Cuban cigars, and 1 liter of alcohol.
• Canadian guests (returning to Canada) need to declare purchases that exceed $800 CAD per person, and if they bring in over 200 cigarettes, 50 cigars, 100g of tobacco, 40 oz of liquor or 51 oz of wine or 24-12 oz bottles or cans of beer/ale.
• U.S. and Canadian guests carrying cash, money orders, or traveler’s checks exceeding $10,000 must be declared upon arrival

Including all of the famous songs from the 70s hit movie, you’ll follow the romantic twists and turns of Sandy and Danny, two summer loves who navigate the tricky social waters of Rydell High School while keeping their reputations - and relationships - together.
Meet the other Columbus in Columbus, The Musical! Royal Caribbean’s Original Production tells the tale of Christopher’s luckless distant cousin, Marvin. Banished from his father’s kingdom, Marvin sets sail on a madcap voyage of discovery in the hopes of claiming his own place in history. Unforeseen romance and a happily ever after story are on the map as Marvin Columbus crashes into his Caribbean destiny.
The Fine Line is the AquaTheater redefined with high-flying feats, mind blowing stunts and physically demanding acrobatics brought to life by the world’s best extreme-sports athletes. When McGrew lands on stage you can expect an instantaneously likable, high energy, and rapid fire show. His crossover comedy style appeals to people from all walks of life.
An accomplished stand-up comedian, actor, and voiceover actor. In addition to headlining in comedy clubs across the country, Scott has been seen on screen in “Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2,” “The King of Queens,” “Chelsea Lately,” and more.
