We offer support for internal selection, as well as recruitment and development processes, and combine suitable psychometric tools (for example, assessing cognitive abilities, personality characteristics or leadership style) with interviews and other instruments, such as case studies. We are often called upon, for instance, to support individual assessments as the last part of a selection process for the final candidates, or as part of an internal development programme for executives.

For example, Hogrefe Consulting was asked to find an effective leadership assessment aligned to Deloitte’s company values: inclusion, collaboration, high performance and opportunity. Hogrefe recommended a leadership judgement assessment along with a followup coaching feedback session to develop a personal agenda for action. The Leadership Judgement Indicator (LJI) was used as a valuable contributor to the Deloitte Manager Milestone Programme.
