Lizard Skin - Method 2
I think the second second method is the closer replica or representation of the pattern of the lizard skin as there are less void in between the scales. I found it hard, for both of the method, to get all the single scales/ object to pack closely as there are grid boxes as boundary. What i did in the second one is having the geometry sizes enlarged to that they exceed the base grid, meaning they each of them are actually intersecting, which I assume it will not happen in nature. For a closer replica I might have to use panelling tools.

It did not work out when I just followed every step from the video and this happened. At the end, instead of the ‘equal’ command, I tried ‘smaller’ and change the index to a number that is really close to 0.
