Speculating around the idea of deconstruction and puzzle by Damian Ortega, the architecture created explores this condition. The two blocks are arranged so it intersects at the rear and opens up in the factory and public space. The courtyard opens up for an entrance allowing a glimpse of the factory. This intention is to create a dialogue of the production space and the public courtyard. The hinge-unhinge nature of the arrangement creates splayed walls of the interior.

Natural skylights in a clay cladding factory provide numerous benefits to both the workers and the building itself. Firstly, the improved natural light from skylights reduces the need for artificial lighting and thus cuts energy costs. Furthermore, natural light can increase worker productivity and morale by providing a connection to the outside environment and reducing eye strain. Additionally, skylights can also improve indoor air quality by bringing in fresh air and reducing the amount of pollutants trapped inside the factory. Moreover, skylights can bring a sense of aesthetic and design element which can make the working environment more visually pleasing. All these benefits will enhance overall performance and productivity of the factory.
