HOK has been selected for the design and construction of a new County Administration
Center to replace the existing aging facility located in downtown Sarasota. The new 120,000 sq. ft. facility will consolidate government services. The building will accommodate County Administration, Communications, Clerk of Court, Clerk Finance and Audit, Human Resources, Office of Financial Management, Libraries and Historical Resources, and the Office of the County Attorney. The new progressive workplace will accommodate enhanced security and defines public interaction and staff areas within the building.
