Once you accept, we handle all the logistics for you. gEt tHE Word out We provide you and your participants with an initial information packet, plus a brochure and dedicated webpage. We can also supply posters, email copy, and presentations. Enroll Your participants We make it easy for your travelers to register by offering online enrollment, payment plan options, and other resources, saving you the trouble of collecting paperwork or money.

Through their client portal, your travelers have instant access to their trip details, and they can make and track payments, update their personal information, keep up with important deadlines, and download resources.
Plus, as the trip organizer, you have access to even more features: Track enrollments, see your travelers’ flight schedules and pending payments, easily send emails to the entire group at once, and upload your own resources or reading material for travelers to see.

submit final paYmEnts Final payments are usually due 95 days prior to departure, depending on your destination. Holbrook's "My Account" keeps track of your group’s payment status for you. rEviEW Your final packEt You’ll receive your final information packet 2-3 weeks before your group leaves. You may want to host a bon voyage meeting with your travelers.
