What is the approximate build time? Build time is approximately five months for homes in Fox Run Village. Do I get to choose my finishes and selections? Yes, you will have the opportunity to select the exterior and interior finishes on pre-sale homes. Designer homes will feature finishes selected by our in-house designer.

HOA

Will there be a Homeowners Association at Fox Run Village? Yes, there will be an HOA at Fox Run Village to cover the upkeep and maintenance of amenities and common areas.

Do you have any preferred lenders? Yes, Holland Homes has preferred local lenders. A list of these partners can be found on page 8 of this flipbook.

What amenities will be in Fox Run Village? Fox Run Village will feature a community pool and pavilion as well as community green spaces.

◊ What are the model home hours and is there a lockbox on the model home? The model home will be open weekly from Thursday to Sunday. Current model home hours will be posted in the MLS. A lockbox will be placed at model home, so please show anytime! ◊ How do I know what plans are available to show? All homes that are available or under construction will be listed in the MLS. An estimated completion date for the home will be in the comments section. You can also reference this information on our website www.FoxRunVillageOpelika.com. ◊ How long does it take to build from contract to closing? Build time will be approximately five months. ◊ Do I need to use a builder contract or LCAR contract? For any home that is not move-in ready, the Holland Homes Builder contract must be used. Contact a Holland Homes Sales Team Member to assist you. A standard LCAR contract can be used for completed designer homes. ◊ How much is the builder deposit? The builder deposit is $500. ◊ What is the builder warranty? Holland Homes offers a one year Home Builder’s Warranty. Additionally, a project leader is on call 24/7 for any emergency issues during the first year. At any point during the first year, purchasers may redeem their complimentary “one time any time” minor repair and adjustments visit.
