3 of Italy’s most Historic and Beautiful Destinations – Tuscany, Cinque Terre & Lake Maggiore

ITINERARY

DAY ONE

Morning departure for our channel crossing and onwards to Germany, we arrive at our Hotel in Limburg.

You are free to dine out at one of the many international Restaurants.

DAY TWO

Buffet Breakfast and then travelling through outstanding scenery we arrive at our Hotel in Austria – The Sport Hotel, St Anton – Dinner included. (June overnight TBC)

DAY THREE

Today we take the Europa Bridge on our way into Italy. The weather normally gets warmer as we travel southwards to our resort – Montecatini Terme and the Grand Hotel Tettuccio.

Here we stay for 4 nights with Dinner and Breakfast included each day.

Montecatini is a historic, very Italian Spa town set in the heart of Tuscany.

DAY FOUR – DAY SIX

Enjoy Italy’s leading Spa Resort and join our included excursion to the world famous Capital of Tuscany – Florence. This excursion is normally operated by Train.

We also include a fantastic day out to Cinque Terre – A World Heritage Site and one of the most beautiful parts of Italy.

We take you to La Spezia to join our Boat trip to Portovenere and then to Monterosso al Mare. This area is only accessible by Boat or Train and is subject to Weather Conditions. We also offer an optional excursion to a local Tuscan Winery to try 4 delicious regional wines served with Canapes and Fresh Bread. This day then continues to the Iconic sight of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Pisa is one of the unique Cities of Tuscany and we arrange a transfer into the centre by a ‘Land Train’.

DAY SEVEN

Breakfast and then we depart to Lake Maggiore calling in at the Historic Walled City of Lucca – Well known for its beautiful Churches.

We then continue through scenic countryside to the impressive Grand Hotel Dino at Baveno, where we stay for 2 nights to include Italian Dinner and Buffet Breakfasts.

DAY EIGHT

A relaxing day to use the Hotel Facilities, to stay in Baveno or join our wonderful Boat Excursion to take in the magnificent Islands of Madre, Pescatori and Isola Bella.

DAY NINE

Enjoy the fantastic scenery today travelling through Switzerland to our overnight stop - Dinner Included.

DAY TEN

Sadly our last day - Breakfast then we return to Calais to join our crossing back to the UK, to arrive in the Midlands early evening.
