about me My name is Nichole Garcia, Texas born and raised and I have strong southern roots but have grown Midwest wings. I reside in Green Bay, Wisconsin. I am married to my Army comrade. We have three beautiful and crazy boys! Our lives are simple and perfect! We love Jesus, football and each other.
The name “Squid” came from an Army nickname. My maiden name is Esqueda,
and as you can imagine was never pronounced correctly! So it got shortened to Squid. And as previously mentioned I met my husband in training for the
Army, so before he even knew my first name he called me Squid! 10 years
later and he still uses it as a term of endearment and when he calls me “My Little Squid” it’s like time gets rewound to when we first fell in love!
So when it came time for me to “name the business” it was the very first thing that came to my mind and nothing else came close to being better! It fits my style, my business and me perfectly!
There are exactly three things that I am extremely passionate about - my
family, dance and photography! I want to use the passion that I have to give people an affordable and convenient way to capture precious moments in
their lives. I have spent my entire adult life behind a camera. I love pictures
that they can tell a story without words. I am up for any challenge but I also
have a ton of original ideas that I have yet to try. Please consider beginning a relationship with me so that I can make your story beautiful and forever frozen in time through a camera’s eye!
