Michelle’s passion to help artists break into the industry is at the core of Plug Star’s philosophy. We all know how difficult it is getting your foot in the door or know who to trust when working in the entertainment industry. As a former Club Owner and Live Concert Producer Michelle understands firsthand how many talented artists never have the opportunity to entertain audiences because of lack of management, assistance, and knowledge. Michelle Mackel comes from a Military family. She followed her Father’s lead by joining the Army. Michelle’s close cousin (adopted sister) also enlisted but she joined the Navy. Growing up Michelle learned that the principles her father brought into their home were principles that could guide her life. Organization. Attention to detail. Pride in your work. But the most important lesson was that of Teamwork and camaraderie. Teamwork and camaraderie is the philosophy of Plug Star as a company, and Michelle's Mission Statement to her clients: once you are brought into Plug Star, you are Family.

Now Michelle has Plugstar TV which will be available summer of 2020. And with Paul Anthony (Legendary Artist Icon of "Full Force" & "House Party" fame) as COO of Plugstar TV, there's going to be a new streaming power player in the entertainment industry.

Michelle Mackel has been incredibly successful already with THE VIBE SHOW, an FM streaming radio show. She serves as Executive public relations Rep on The Vibe Show. Kevin Hampton is the CEO & Host.
