Monster Market is a freaky annual pop-up . shop carrying a curated collection of dark/offbeat maker-made goods, apparel, art, and home decor. This retail experiment began as an in-person pop-up shop in 2017 and operated in a different storefront each October for three years, but in 2020, we transitioned to a fully virtual model to remain open and accessible during the pandemic. Now totally online, we are still open every October, boasting a new collection of amazing items that are handmade by makers, designed by artists, and produced by small brands. Every item in the shop is hand-selected for its quality, aesthetic, and theme, creating a top-notch dark shopping experience you won’t find anywhere else. Monster Market is curated, organized and managed by Holtermonster, but only happens each year with the help of devoted friends, helpful makers, and volunteers.
