delivery explained When you spend over £350 on your kitchen, we’ll deliver your order free to your home.

We deliver to anywhere in the UK and Northern Ireland (excluding UK islands).

Orders under £350 are delivered free to your local store. The delivery lead time is 4-6 weeks.

Express delivery is also available on many orders, usually within 14 days for just £39.95.

You will receive a call to book your delivery within the first week of placing your order.

At point of delivery your order will be electronically scanned in your presence to ensure all items are correct as per your order.

Your delivery will be taken to your room of choice where practical, you will be asked to complete a detailed count of the number of boxes being delivered, to check for damaged packaging and to sign individually for any high value products e.g. appliances etc.

On what days do you make deliveries?

We deliver Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 7pm.

Three or four days before the delivery date you will be contacted to confirm whether your delivery will be in the morning or afternoon.

Once I’ve arranged my delivery, what should I do if I want to change the time?

I live in a flat – will you bring the items upstairs?

As long as there are no health and safety issues, we always deliver to the room of your choice, garage, etc.

A. Your local store will display a selection of kitchens, but the number of styles shown does vary according to the space available.

Q. I’d like to see a kitchen consultant. How do I arrange this? When are they available, and how long should I allow?

A. To book an appointment with a kitchen consultant, just visit your local store (for details of your nearest store call 0845 077 8888**).

Consultants are available during store opening hours, and it’s best to make an appointment a few days ahead to be sure of getting a convenient time slot.

A typical design appointment lasts about one hour. Don’t forget to bring along your room’s measurements.

Q. How can I work out the cost of my kitchen?

A. Calculating the cost of a kitchen can be complicated, so why not leave this to one of our kitchen consultants? When you use our free planning and design service, your kitchen consultant will be happy to provide a fully itemised breakdown of the cost of your kitchen design. You can also pick up a copy of the kitchen price list in store.

Q. What does ‘natural wood may vary in tone’ mean?

A. Many of the doors in the Homebase range have been designed and crafted from real wood and veneers. These high quality products show the natural beauty of wood and when viewed as a complete kitchen will create a stunning palette of shade and grain changes that wood effect materials cannot reproduce. Because we are making real wood and veneer doors from a natural product we cannot guarantee that every door will look identical or the same as the brochure or in store displays.
