Builder (pg 44) We’ve included a sort by builder so you can easily identify multiple entries by the same contractor.

Location (pg 45) Last, we’ve sorted homes by location, so you can browse by city and development, including the home entry numbers and addresses.

Category (pg 46) Homes are listed under each category icon including their entry number, city and development.

Minnesota requires contractors to acquire licenses when the annual gross receipts from residential contracting or remodeling activities exceeds $15,000.

To check the status of a license, or for more details, visit www.nd.gov/sos/licensing (N.D.) or https://secure.doli. state.mn.us/lookup/licensing (Minnesota).
