1 all about your dreamcore™ cushion furniture The DreamCore seat cushion features High Resilient furniture-grade foam. High Resilient foam provides exceptional durability and longevity, while offering an outstanding level of comfort. Unlike Viscoelastic foam (memory foam), the cell structure of High Resilient foam is less uniform and more random than conventional foams, creating a stronger structure, excellent elasticity and increased supporting force, thereby providing support, resilience and ultimately, unparalleled comfort. Featured on Elements, Havenhill and Liberty collections.

back cushion The back cushion is constructed with moisture-resistant ticking and is engineered to match the silhouette of the cushion, creating a tailored look. The cushion utilizes individual channels, which hold the fill in place and create both comfort and support.

seat cushion The seat cushion is constructed with High Resilient furniture-grade foam wrapped with dacron and moisture-resistant ticking that is glued, not sewn, to prevent moisture penetration.

seat deck & grommet venting The seat deck is constructed of 100% virgin vinyl strapping for enhanced comfort. Virgin vinyl straps do not contain clay fillers, which reduce strap memory. The underside of the seat cushion cover features grommet openings for breathability.

back attachment Homecrest seat and back cushions feature either a Velcro flap back or sewn seam to attach the cushions together. This eliminates the use of ties or tabs.

2 all about your ultracore™ cushion furniture The UltraCore cushion is considered one of the best available cushions in the industry. Its high support factor gives you a very comfortable and luxurious sit while maintaining clean, crisp edges. The thick UltraCore seat cushion is compressed and will keep its resilience. Sunbrella®, Outdura® and Ultraleather® fabrics are available on all UltraCore cushions. Featured on Allure Modular, Grace and Grace Modular collections.

allure back cushion Allure back cushions utilize a solid foam core wrapped in moisture-resistant ticking, providing clean edges and a flat bottom. Ticking is glued, not sewn, to prevent moisture penetration.

grace back cushion The Grace back cushion features a 4" piece of foam that stabilizes and maintains the shape of the cushion. The cushion is then filled with blown-in polyester fiber to create a soft shape and relaxed comfort that you've come to expect from Homecrest.

seat cushion UltraCore seat cushions utilize a solid foam core insert wrapped in moisture-resistant ticking that is glued, not sewn, to prevent moisture penetration. Solid core inserts provide a crisp edge and a firm, durable seating surface.

back attachment & grommet venting Seat cushions of all Allure pieces feature two velcro attachments to prevent seat cushion movement when used in an armless configuration. The underside of the seat cushion cover features grommet openings for breathability.

3 all about your luxe outdoor cushion furniture The Luxe Outdoor seat cushion is constructed with a combination of materials for durability and longevity.

The foam core is wrapped in moisture-resistant ticking that is glued, not sewn, to prevent moisture penetration.

It is then wrapped with a dacron layer to provide a “soft” sit to the cushion. Luxe Outdoor back cushions incorporate three layers of dacron, which does not hold moisture and provides comfortable back support. Featured on Emory and Sutton collections.

back cushion Back cushions are constructed using three layers of specific polyester fiber densities to provide stability and comfort. Polyester fiber fill does not hold moisture and does not need to be wrapped in a moisture-resistant material.

seat cushion Seat cushions use a 4" inner core of High Resilient foam wrapped in moisture-resistant ticking. The inner core is then wrapped in moisture-resistant polyester fiber. This combination creates the comfort and durability of the Luxe Outdoor seat cushion.

grommet venting The casing of all Luxe Outdoor seat cushions feature grommet openings for breathability.

back attachment The seat and back cushion are held in place with snap fabric tabs using the fabric of the cushion.

4 all about your cushion dining furniture Our cushion collections offer luxurious comfort in pieces scaled in height and size for dining. Quick-drying and extremely resistant to mold, mildew or fading, these plush pieces add warmth and richness to the outdoor dining experience. The cushion features a simple turned seam and wraps the selected fabric around the sides of the cushion to meet the same fabric selected on the back of the cushion. Featured on Havenhill and Holly Hill collections.

cushion construction The cushion is constructed of four layers of polyester fiber fill that allows moisture to pass through it. Homecrest’s quality-crafted cushions are fast-drying and durable.

seamless design The Homecrest cushion features a simple turned seam and wraps the selected fabric around the sides of the cushion to meet the same fabric selected on the back of the cushion. With this innovative cushion technology, a welt is not required.

virgin vinyl straps The seat deck is constructed of 100% virgin vinyl strapping for enhanced comfort. Virgin vinyl straps do not contain clay fillers, which reduce strap memory. They are inserted into a slotted frame and are double wrapped.

slip cover The cushion is tailored with a matching slip cover, eliminating exposed straps on the back frame. The cushion is held in place to the slip cover with industrial grade Velcro and with a pocket flap on the front of the seat to conceal the frame. 11

2 all about your sling furniture Homecrest's double layer sling has been a consumer favorite for decades, offering unsurpassed comfort and exceptional longevity. Outdoor double layer slings are protected with an industry-leading five-year residential warranty.

sling construction The Homecrest double layer sling uses internal support rails to shape and stretch the sling. This allows for the sling to ergonomically conform to the body and eliminates a rigid surface. Homecrest's double layer sling creates an individual comfort experience. 12

serging After the first sew line is in place, slings go through a five-thread serging process that doubles the strength of the seam.

welting Sling construction is finished with a sewn-on welt. Welting is attached with a third sew line to combine the multiple layers of fabric. Welting color will default to the frame finish color unless an alternate welt color is selected.

sling testing Homecrest slings are static-load tested to ensure durability of seam strength, by dropping a 125 lb weight on a sling chair for 50,000 cycles.

3 all about your padded sling furniture The perimeter stitch pattern is available on all of Homecrest's padded sling selections. The stitch line silhouettes the outline of the seat and back of the basket, providing stylish elegance and allowing for quicker drying time.

padded sling construction Padded slings utilize a single layer of polyester fiber fill, sewn between the surface material and an inner layer of material.

silhouette stitching Top stitching of the silhouette detail is done before adding the back fabric. The silhouette stitch allows for quicker drying time.

backing fabric selection Padded slings provide the opportunity to use all SunbrellaÂŽ, OutduraÂŽ and UltraleatherÂŽ acrylic/polyurethane fabrics. If a fabric has been selected from one of those swatch books, a slingable fabric must be selected for the back of the padded sling; this provides the durability of a sling when combined with the top layer fabric.

easily replaceable baskets Woven baskets can easily be replaced with sling baskets or new woven baskets. Simply remove the hardware that connects the frame to the seat basket, take off the old basket and attach the new basket using the original hardware. Homecrest Woven baskets feature a three-year warranty against cracks, fading and structural issues.

woven testing Our woven furniture is constructed from 5,000 hour wicker (highest designation in the industry) and is stable at extreme temperatures and can be left outdoors year-round.

motion coil spring Homecrest invented the original adjustable ‘swivel rocker mechanism’ and patented it in 1956. The re-coil spring and swivel plate are attached to a bottom swivel plate that encapsulates a nylon bushing and 12 stainless steel ball bearings. Together, they create a smooth and durable swivel rock motion. This mechanism has passed the million rock test. To adjust the swivel rocker, move the re-coil spring forward for a firmer rock and back for a softer rock. Featured on most sling and cushion dining collections (excluding club chairs, chat chairs, Air and Kashton collections).

alumaroc™ The AlumaRoc features precision-bent aluminum springs that are connected to an aluminum plate and post, which provides a smooth swivel and rock motion. The slots in the top of the spring allow for the adjustment to move forward for a firmer rock and backwards for a softer rock. The AlumaRoc has been tested to exceed one million rock cycles and is made completely of aluminum. Featured on all club chairs, chat chairs (excluding Air) and the Kashton collection.

A glass guard is a great accessory to enhance and contain the flame in windy conditions. Note: Each fire table comes with any two 10 lb bags (your choice of one or two colors). Nova base fire pits come with one 10 lb bag and only allow for one color selection.

easy propane access Each fire table base allows for a 20 lb vertical propane tank (utilized with all round, chat rectangular and chat square fire table bases) or horizontal propane tank (utilized with coffee square and rectangular fire table bases). These tanks are hidden, yet are easily stored and accessed by being mounted on the door or using a pull-out drawer. Our fire tables can either be fueled by propane or converted to natural gas.

external key Each fire table comes equipped with a removable key valve, providing easy flame control when in operation and the added safety of a removable key to prevent tampering when not in use.

fire burner construction Our 20" round-shaped fire burner inserts provide additional safety, concentrating the flames towards the center of the burner and minimizing the opportunity for flames to skip on the surface. Our fire tables that utilize a 12" x 24" and 12" fire pan insert come standard with an elevated 1" aluminum riser, in black, to prevent heat transfer to the top. natural series construction Our Natural Series surfaces employ the best practices from the countertop and marine industries, producing individually handcrafted surfaces made to withstand the outdoor elements. These surfaces feature proven marine-grade gel coats, tough polyester cores and an automotive-grade â&#x20AC;&#x153;Nano-Coatâ&#x20AC;? clear coating technology. What is "Nano-coat?" Nano-Coat provides a super hard surface that is UV-protected, has a chemical-resistant paint protection and a corrosion inhibitor. The surface is then resistant to scratches, mars and abrasions. It contains anti-graffiti and anti-stick properties, which lends itself to repel water and dirt, making it easy to clean.

The riser elevates the burner to reduce the surface temperature on the fire pit top and the drawer allows for easy access to the propane tank. Sensation Sling & Sling | Our patented Airo2 seating option utilizes a sling, giving it the look of a cushion in a sling, and is featured on our Air collections. There is no insert or fill material, and it is based on an empty box design. This cushionless design uses our exclusive Sensation fabrics for unmatched comfort and support. Sensation fabrics are also available on all collections that have a sling seating option. Note: The Airo2 collection features a single layer sling (two-year warranty) whereas Elements and Grace Air feature Homecrest's patented double layer sling (five-year warranty).

Sling | The Homecrest-pioneered sling is constructed of double layers for unmatched comfort and support. Our durable outdoor sling is available in a variety of outdoor fabrics and is easily replaced. Minimal maintenance and comfortable design continues to make the Homecrest sling a #1 choice from coast to coast. When selecting a Homecrest sling seating option (except for Allure), you will need to select a welt or binding color. Welting will match the frame finish unless an alternate is selected. Slings utilize the same fabric on the front and back for an attractive look. All double layer slings carry a five-year warranty.

PS Padded Sling | Our padded sling seating option features a triple layer sling with slight padding for added comfort. This attractive

chair with distinctive silhouette stitching gives you not only a comfortable sit, but is also a stylish addition to your backyard or patio. The padded sling seating option expands your fabric options to include cushion or acrylic fabrics in addition to our slingable fabrics. Like the sling seating option, when selecting the padded sling seating option, you will need to select a welt or binding color. Welting will match the frame finish unless an alternate is selected. Padded slings will have the same front and same back if selecting a fabric that is available in both sling and padded sling. However, if you select a fabric that is available as a padded sling and NOT as a sling, you will need to select a sling fabric for the back that says it is a available as a sling seating option. C

Cushion | Our durable cushions provide additional comfort in a fast-paced world (the cushion seating option includes deep seating, removable cushions and padded seats). WB Woven | Homecrest Woven products use synthetic resins with a 5000-hour UV-rating, the highest designation in the industry.

Our woven seating products are fully woven around both sides of a rock-solid, powder-coated aluminum frame. Homecrest’s Residential Limited Warranties apply to Homecrest products used in a residential setting only. Homecrest’s Commercial Limited Warranties apply to Homecrest products used in a commercial setting only. All warranty periods are based on the original purchaser’s date of purchase, and are not transferable. Our warranties apply only to products shipped from the factory after January 1, 2008 (product codes ending in –08 or later). The purchaser must comply with the required warranty registration as explained. There is no warranty in existence if there is failure to register. WHAT OUR WARRANTIES COVER Aluminum and Steel Frames (structural failures) | 15 years residential and 5 years commercial | Aluminum and steel frames are covered from structural failures for 15 years from date of purchase in a residential setting and five years in a commercial setting. If the frame fails during the 15 years in a residential setting and five years in a commercial setting under normal usage, and is not the result of abuse or an act of God, Homecrest will repair or replace the frame at the manufacturer’s discretion. If replacement is required, and your original frame is no longer manufactured, we will replace it with a similar product. Homecrest will pay the warranty freight if within the first year in the Continental United States. Return of product will not be accepted without prior written approval. Painted Surfaces (peeling, flaking, or blistering) | 5 years residential and commercial | Painted frame surfaces are covered against peeling, flaking or blistering for a period of five years for both residential and commercial settings. If the painted surface peels, flakes, or blisters and the furniture has been maintained per the recommended care and maintenance instructions, Homecrest will repair or replace the frame at the manufacturer’s discretion. If replacement is required, and your original product is no longer manufactured, we will replace with a similar product. Homecrest will pay the warranty freight if within the first year in the Continental United States. Return of product will not be accepted without prior written approval. Double Layer Slings and Padded Slings | 5 years residential and 2 years commercial | The fabrics used on our double layer slings and padded slings are warranted against tearing, discoloration, or excessive fading for five years in a residential setting and two years in a commercial setting when maintained per the recommended care and maintenance instructions. In the event a replacement is required, Homecrest will replace the double layer sling or padded sling with the same, or comparable, fabric based on manufacturer's discretion (installation labor not included). Homecrest will pay the warranty freight if within the first year in the Continental United States. Return of product will not be accepted without prior written approval. Double layer slings and padded slings residential five-year and commercial two-year warranties are valid on product purchased after March 1, 2017. Product purchased prior to March 1, 2017, but after January 1, 2008 carry a two-year warranty from date of purchase. Solid Surface Table Tops | 3 years residential and 1 year commercial | Solid surface table tops (i.e. Natural Series table tops) are warranted against structural failures, finish cracks and blisters for three years when used in a residential setting and one year in a commercial setting. Failure to properly maintain the table top, or store it properly during inclement weather, will void the warranty. If the table top (other than glass) fails, or the finish cracks or blisters during the warranty period, we will repair, refinish or replace the top. Homecrest will pay the warranty freight if within the first year in the Continental United States. Return of product will not be accepted without prior written approval.

Vinyl Straps | 3 years residential and 1 year commercial | Vinyl strapping is warranted from discoloration or breakage for three years in a residential setting and one year in a commercial setting. In the unlikely event that the strap significantly discolors or breaks, Homecrest will supply replacement strap (installation labor not included). Glider bearing hangers are warranted for three years against failure in a residential setting and one year in a commercial setting. In the unlikely event a bearing hanger fails, Homecrest will supply a replacement hanger (installation labor not included). Woven | 3 years residential and 1 year commercial | Homecrest Woven products are covered against fading, cracking and structural failure for three years in a residential setting and one year in a commercial setting. In the event a replacement is required, Homecrest will replace the woven basket or side panel (installation labor not included). If replacement is required, and your original product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product based on manufacturer's discretion (installation labor not included). Homecrest will pay the warranty freight if within the first year in the Continental United States. Return of product will not be accepted without prior written approval. Single Layer Slings, Cushions, and Umbrella Canopies | 2 years residential and 1 year commercial | The fabrics used on our cushions, single layer slings, Airo2 and umbrella canopies are warranted against tearing, discoloration or excessive fading for two years in a residential setting and one year in a commercial setting when maintained per the recommended care and maintenance instructions. In the event replacement is required, Homecrest will replace the cushion, single layer sling or umbrella canopy with the same (if available) or comparable fabric based on manufacturers discretion (installation labor not included). Homecrest will pay the warranty freight if within the first year in the Continental United States. Return of product will not be accepted without prior written approval. Airo2 is a single layer sling. Fire Table Burners | 2 years residential and 1 year commercial | Crystal fire burners (24” round and 12” x 24”) are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase in a residential setting and one year in a commercial setting. The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective components or workmanship. Homecrest will pay the warranty freight if within the first year in the Continental United States. Return of product will not be accepted without prior written approval. If replacement is required, and your original product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product. Miscellaneous Items | 1 year residential and commercial | The warranty of the finish on coiled steel spring rocker mechanisms, plastic parts, flex plates, glides, swivel inserts, metal umbrellas, cord and umbrella base is warranted for one year in a residential and commercial setting from the date of purchase when maintained per the recommended care and maintenance instructions. Homecrest will repair or replace the product at the manufacturer’s discretion. Homecrest will pay the warranty freight if within the first year in the Continental United States. Return of product will not be accepted without prior written approval. If replacement is required, and your original product is no longer available, we will replace with a similar product. Replacement Program | 1 year residential and commercial | All purchased slings, cushions and parts, etc. bought online through www.homecrest.com or through a retailer carry a one-year warranty from date of purchase.

WHAT OUR WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER These Limited Warranties are restricted to failures resulting only from normal usage and natural weathering and will not cover damage or failure of product attributable to: • Acts of God, falling objects, fire, explosions, external forces or any similar physical damage. • Failure caused by misuse or lack of appropriate care and maintenance of the products. Refer to the care and maintenance instructions. • Damage caused by caustic chemicals and/or power washers. • Products shipped from the previous factory prior to 1/1/2008. • Glass and acrylic table tops. • Vinyl furniture covers. • Showroom samples and factory outlet purchases. • Normal fading of fabrics, straps and painted surfaces. • Bursting and cracking of tubing and extrusion caused by exposure to moisture and freezing temperatures. • Return freight after one year. • Salt water exposure – due to the demands of salt air, weekly cleaning and quarterly waxing of painted surfaces must be maintained to prevent finish blisters and corrosion. Failure to carefully follow our care and maintenance instructions will void the warranty.

CLAIMS PROCEDURE In the event that a warranty claim file needs to be opened, contact your local Homecrest retailer to facilitate the process. If a local retailer is not available, you may also contact Homecrest via our website by going to www.myhomecrest.com. Warranty for any refinished or replaced product shall be only for the remainder of the warranty period applicable to the original product. During the warranty process, you may be required to either return the defective merchandise or provide proof of destruction. Working through your local retailer is highly recommended, when possible. Many of our retailers can fix and/or handle issues immediately, saving you both time and expense in the warranty process.

FREIGHT All Homecrest furniture is delivered to the carrier in factory new condition. Claims for damage or losses that occur during shipping must be noted at the time of delivery and filed with Homecrest.
