HomeFolio Media

Our distribution strategy is based on proven direct mail, and farming strategies employed by some of the most successful listing agents in the industry.

Unlike most publications that target potential home buyers, our emphasis is on targeting home sellers, in your local market.

By starting with a list of ALL Single Family Residences (SFRs) in our covered cities, we can mail to practically 100% of the potential home sellers in a market...The people who own the homes you want to sell.

This includes people in your current farm, and sphere-of-influence. It also includes home owners in your community you know, but aren’t in your database.

This is a very important, and often overlooked source of listings. By simply adding HomeFolio as another layer to your current marketing efforts, you’ll reach litterally tens of thousands of homeowners in your marketplace that are currently not seeing your messages at all.

Also, when we mail to ~100% of SFRs, we also pick-up a signigicant percentage of buyers for your market, since over half of the homes sold in your area are purchased by people who already live there...either trading up, or downsizing, but wanting to stay in the community or school district.

We mail to approximately 40,000 SFRs in each of our markets, however because we are sensitive to client budgets, and we don’t think it’s necessary to mail to every home, every month, we divide our list of approximately 40,000 homes in half, and mail to 20,000 one month, and the other 20,000 the next month. One month’s issue goes to all the odd numbered carrier routes, and the next month’s issue goes to all the even numbered carrier routes. This way, over two consecutive monthly issues, all 40,000 homes are reached.

San Ramon Valley Market

Alamo, Danville, Diablo, Blackhawk, San Ramon

Approximately 40,000 distinct SFRs total over the course of two consecutive issues, ~20,000 SFRs one month, and the other ~20,000 SFRs the next month.

East Bay Market

Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Walnut Creek

Approximately 40,000 distinct SFRs total over the course of two consecutive issues, ~20,000 SFRs one month, and the other ~20,000 SFRs the next month.
