Our straightforward ‘what you see is what you get’ range of garden rooms are exceptionally well insulated, cost effective and energy efficient. Every detail has been included from fast, clean and environmentally friendly ground screw foundations to our premium interior finish consisting of recessed electric, ethernet and LED lighting, plaster finish fully decorated and painted before delivery, hardwearing flooring, Hi-Tech heating, slimline steel exterior lighting and so much more. At HOME Garden Rooms we have a range of sizes and styles to suit any space or budget, from our super-efficient 3 metre VIEW all the way up to our 30 square metre ASPECT model with over 6 metres of glass doors! Whatever your requirements at HOME Garden Rooms we can walk you through the process from start to finish. From the initial FREE site consultation through to foundations, installation and decorating – we take care of everything for you. Choosing a garden room can be a complicated process. That’s why at HOME Garden Rooms we have kept it as simple as possible and we concentrate on what’s important. All of our rooms come fully loaded with every optional extra you could need from Hi Tech smart heating to LED lighting with superior insulation and interior finishings.
Choose the Model – We have two ranges to choose from, the VIEW typically sits well at the end of garden looking back to your home due to the vast front glass opening. The ASPECT works well positioned sideways or in open areas where the open glass corner can fully be taken advantage of.
Choose your size – When considering size, take into account what you will be using it for. How many people will use it? Do you want different zones for work and exercise or leisure? A pool table or large gym equipment?
When do you want it? We can sometimes react quickly at HOME Garden Rooms if an installation is needed quickly. It’s important to plan the process – we can walk you through what to expect at every stage.
Do you need planning? – Generally you don’t. Our garden rooms meet permitted development requirements, but if you have any concern over positioning, or if you live in a flat, listed building, green belt or conservation area we are here to offer free informal advice on what you can and can’t do.

Foundations All rooms include foundations. Our normal installation is using a modern groundscrew. Fast, clean and efficient.
Premium Larch Cladding We use premium Larch cladding. We clad all the way around – not just the parts you see!

Manufacturing At first glance garden rooms may look similar, but look a little deeper as the devil is in the detail. At HOME Garden Rooms we pride ourselves on using entirely market leading materials. Whether that’s the 100mm of solid insulation all around (double the average thickness) or the Hi-Tech SMART interior heating, the market leading shadow gap vertical cladding or the LED recessed mood lighting… The detail has been precisely designed and paired with fully inclusive pricing to ensure every HOME garden room is built to the highest quality.
Doors

We use steel reinforced sliding doors or bi-folds to combat against any flexing or ‘sticking’ of doors to ensure long lasting hassle free use. All of our doors and windows are covered by a 10 year Manufacturers Warranty. They are also reinforced, double glazed and come with ultra secure triple locks as standard.
Plaster Finish / Decorated
Premium plaster finish is standard in all of our rooms. This gives a modern seamless interior finish which is complimented by modern skirting and high quality decorating (all rooms come finished in matt white, but can be painted any colour you like thereafter)
Decking
HOME Garden Rooms offer composite decking. Guaranteed to be hassle free in comparison to timber decking which is prone to discolour, cracking and becoming slippery.
Flush Fit electric and LED lighting
Your HOME Garden Rooms comes complete with flush fit, brushed chrome double power sockets with USB ports. Ethernet ports, light switches, premium recessed LED lighting strips and outside up/down lighters
Roof Trims and Fascia
All of our rooms (whether you have a canopy or not) come with steel roof fascias as standard. Not only do they add a premium contemporary finish to your HOME garden room, but they protect against the weather and any potential warping of roof lines
SIPS technology
All HOME Garden Rooms are built using Structural Insulated Panels with 100mm of insulation. This is guaranteed to keep your room cosy throughout the winter, and protect against thermal bridging (or cold spots as they’re sometimes known) All HOME Garden Rooms come with reinforced roof sections to ensure they are strong, warm and secure whatever the weather.
Premium Flooring
All of our rooms come with a choice of Amtico style high-quality onepiece flooring. This gives a superior finish whilst also ensuring longevity and protection against snagging or damage (especially if you plan to install gym equipment or heavy desks)

The VIEW is a striking model with extending glass doors across the front face to give outstanding light and that contemporary open plan feel. The View tends to work very well at the end of garden, often between the fence line facing back to your property making your home and your garden room feel connected.
