Celebrating 10 years Home Instead Senior Care York & Ryedale has its 10th anniversary this year! To celebrate, we have some specially commissioned, limited edition Home Instead York & Ryedale tea towels for all of our clients. The tea towels will be hand delivered over the next few months at your next review meetings by a member of the office team. We will also be giving away 10 tea towels to lucky readers of ‘The elder’. If you’d like to be in with a chance of winning one, email ‘Tea towel’ with your address to info@ hiscyork.co.uk, and we will pick the first 10 and pop one to you in the post!

Win ner!

Earlier this month Home Instead York & Ryedale took part in the annual Alzheimer’s Society’s Cupcake Day. We tasked our CAREGivers to either bring us in a bake or get creative in the kitchen with their clients. For every bake we received, we donated £5 to the Alzheimer’s Society. Here’s some of the great bakes we had brought into the office for

Cupcake Day. In total we raised £75, a big thank you to those who baked, ate and donated, the money goes to a great cause! More great photos inside.

York & Ryedale Thinking Big Home Instead York & Ryedale had some fantastic news last month! We were presented with our certificate for achieving First Place for Think Big 2019, a Home Instead National Award.

Days out with our clients

Our CAREGivers have been out and about recently with our clients on trips to the seaside, out to lunch, walks in the park and one client was even spotted having a pedicure! We love to see what you’re all getting up to!

Four added to HISC team Last month, we welcomed four fantastic new CAREGivers to the team. Joanna, Katy, Tracey and Kristine all took part in our 3-day introduction course, readying them to be able to go out in the field to help support our clients. Best of luck guys! tead Home Ins
