A VISION WE CAN ALL SHARE Our vision is a country free of homelessness. A place where: • The right help, at the right time, stops homelessness before it begins • No one is left out or lives on our streets, and • Anyone who is homeless is supported to take control of their future.
WHAT WE DO We are the national membership charity for organisations working directly with homeless people in England. With over 500 members, we work to make services for homeless people better and campaign for policy changes that will help end homelessness.

ADVICE AND SUPPORT
FULL MEMBER Open to voluntary sector organisations, working with homeless people, based in England. Fees are based on your organisations annual turnover in relation to dealing with homelessness.
We look for good practice amongst members and help others to boost the quality of their work. Our national and regional teams organise visits and linkups between agencies, provide advice and consultancy to help solve problems and tools to help improve services. INFORMATION, RESEARCH AND TRAINING Access a wealth of up-to-date information, including good practice toolkits, the latest research, sector news and policy updates. By joining you’ll also enjoy discounted prices on national, regional and online training. INFLUENCE Influence local and national Government policies that affect homeless people. Our authority is based on detailed knowledge of what’s happening on the ground amongst our members. Tell us what’s working and what isn’t and we’ll use our links with Government and the media to help bring about change. NETWORKING AND EVENTS Our series of national, regional and online events will give you the opportunity to network with others in the sector – sharing knowledge, experiences and solutions.
