MASTER PLAN Alveo launches a new wave of city resort living with Cebu City’s fastest-selling residential development. Solinea’s highly anticipated second tower merges the vibrant pace of the city with the relaxing ambience of a resort-inspired environment. At the center of the 2.6-hectare planned development is a brilliant lifestyle amenity area, which includes landscaped parks and greens, kid’s play areas, an expansive multi-experiential pool, and a central clubhouse with a gym, function room, and game room.
