It’s 100% owned and operated by Honest Abe Log Homes. • Sizeable Inventory of Logs: On average, Honest Abe stores enough inventory of logs and timbers to manufacturer 9 months worth of log homes. We don’t buy your logs when you place the order. We’ve had them for some time, caring for and preparing them for when they are needed. • Kiln Dried & Graded Eastern White Pine and Douglas Fir: These species combine unmatched strength and stability at a great value. While other wood species are used, these two make up the bulk of our log home’s structural components. • An Open Door Policy: We welcome visitors and encourage it.
