CHEESE PLATTERS
Our expert cheesemongers custom build each cheese plater to your tastes, representng a wide spectrum of flavors and textures from cow, sheep, and goat milk cheeses. Each plater contains your choice of four cheeses from the selectons below and selected pairings, which may include a combinaton of fruit preserves, dried fruits, olives, Spanish fig & nut cake, and chocolates. When placing your order, let us know your cheese and pairing preferences and of any dietary restrictons.
Plater Serves 6-8 $49.99
A thoughtully selected arrangement of specialtes from European cheesemakers. Our offerings include Italian Asiago, Fontna, and Piave; Dutch Gouda; Spanish Manchego; French Brie; and Irish or Britsh Aged Cheddar; with blues including Italian Gorgonzola, English Stlton, and French Roquefort. Garnished with Greek, Italian, and French olives, and Spanish fig & nut cake.

Ham and Swiss
