Starting or switching school, or moving up a grade, is a huge milestone. There could be a brand new campus to get used to, new friends to make, different teachers to get to know and heavier workloads. It’ll help your school-starter if you can focus your attention purely on them come the big day itself. If possible, leave younger siblings with another caregiver for the first drop-offs to give them as much solo support as possible.
