It is 2070, the magnetic mega-city is developing in a rapid and dense way. Magnetic levitation becomes the most efficient an smarter lifestyle yet we must remember who we are. Air Cars become the most day-to-day means of transportation; skyscrape up with magnetic levitation, rise in this Magnetic City. They form systems of clean energy supply and urban green space. The transportation; attract people
As a transport station which accommodates extreme-fast transit technology, the Magnet connects the flying world, provides an numbers of individual landing or take off decks for the air vehicles are welcoming to workers and visitors. The design showca the air vehicles by magnetic force, provide power supply and form the tower as a whole. There are options for returning air ve energy in the form of the wind turbin As an office tower, the Magnet is a place where professionals come together and collaborate. Since technology has evolved in nature, where life all began. When under pressure at work or any other time, space is needed for relaxation and to release s netwo
The Magnets, self-supporting by the clean energy and simultaneously providin
nd sustainable way of building skyscrapers and bringing humans a more efficient lifestyle. We are chasing time and pursuing a ers become the most expected form of architecture on the magnetic planet. The Magnet, a network of hybrid skyscrapers built ey link the regions in the city, accommodate the functions of working space, commercial center, as well as the home for future to gather here as a daily basis.
n automatic-operating system for the vehicles in an efficient, smart and organized manner. A major entrance, a major exit, and ases the vertical connections within the tower. The vertical tracks of mobilities, as the core of the tower, circulate and hovering ehicles to be stored, or simply to refuel for longer flying time. Meanwhile, tracks are powered by the self-generating clean wind nes located in the peak of the tower. n an incredible way, all work can be done in the cloud, but we are still yearning for the interaction between people and mother stress. Vertical gardens with an open and flexible space provide an inspiring environment for co-working, idea exchange, and orking.

DISTILLERY 18 TRINITY
The idea is to create slits that are functioned as whether entrance or small garden engages people with building and nature environment. Then, by connecting the splits withing building itself, it forms a “path which also becomes the interior circulation. During the design development phase it helps us also find the strategy dividing two major occupancy to meet code compliance. As a group, we want to emphasize the entrance through unique material/assembly system (kalwall) enhanced with lighting design as well.

This design is divided into two parts. Combining with the elements of traditional Huistyle architecture, the hostel part gathers each individual house along the water, along with the mountain, and between the courtyards. Through the refinement of the corridor, courtyard space, street lane, Matou wall, sloped roof and garden framing, the “dynamic” and “still”, “sound” and “color”, “shape” and “meaning” are displayed. The dialogue here is between man and water, man and mountain, man and courtyard. The experience between the architecture and gathering space frames the magnificent surrounding into the window scenery.

On the other hand, the multi-functional centre, consist of three linear buildings, is kept the elegant slope structure, enlarge the scale of traditional house sizing. The area integrates public education center, agricultural research center, online marketing center. In addition, the void provides an intuitive, open, interesting and interactive place for people to experience life in the way of elevating the building space. The building itself combines various passive design strategies to create a safe and comfortable space with the goal of sustainable energy saving. In each particular building, the patterns of the sloped roof and glazing endow the building with rhyme and rhythm, it becomes the way to paint the scenery of modernity and tradition.
