Ages 3-6 • Minnesota Kid's Yoga Co. This yoga and art class will teach children basic yoga poses. Kids will explore various postures through games, songs, and books. Parents are encouraged to participate in the poses as well! Many of the poses require a partner to complete, which adds to the fun!
