NEW YEAR’S EVE MENU - £21.95 Starters Homemade vegetable broth with homemade wheaten bread. Chicken liver pate, spiced pear chutney, port jelly and warm toasted brioche. Slow roasted belly of pork, black pudding and braised red cabbage. Walter Ewing’s Smoked salmon on homemade wheaten bread topped with horseradish crème fraîche. Creamy Goats cheese, roasted beetroot and red onion marmalade filo tartlet drizzled in a walnut dressing.

Mains Pan roasted chicken breast with wild mushrooms and leeks in a light creamy supreme sauce served with fondant potatoes. 8 oz. Rib-eye steak, 21 day aged northern Irish farm quality assured, served with roast tomato, sautéed button mushrooms and hand-cut chips. (£4 Supplement). Pan roasted pork fillet with roasted pears, shallots, cider jus and served with parsley mash.
