Enjoy 2 courses for £11.95 or 3 courses for £14.95 Starters. Today’s freshly prepared soup with homemade Guinness wheaten bread. Chargrilled chicken and crispy smoked bacon Caesar salad topped with rustic garlic croutons and parmesan cheese shavings. (Vegetarian option available) Half rack of slow roasted hickory smoked bbq baby back ribs served with buttered corn on the cob and apple slaw. Classic prawn cocktail served with cognac marie rose sauce, crunchy shredded babygem lettuce, smoked paprika and lemon. Denvirs sweet and spicy chicken wings with cool lime zest dip and crunchy celery sticks. Warm toasted ciabatta loaf topped with bubbling Irish cheddar cheese and drizzled with a sweet balsamic reduction.

Mains Slow roasted, locally reared topside of beef and Yorkshire pudding served with herb roasted potatoes, creamy mash, roast onion gravy and fresh seasonal vegetables. Northern Irish, 21 day aged, Chargrilled 8 oz sirloin steak served with beer battered onion rings, hand cut twice cooked chips and creamy Bushmills black pepper sauce. (£4 supplement) Roast supreme of chicken with a smoked bacon, leek and thyme stuffing served with herb roasted potatoes, creamy mash, a fresh thyme jus and fresh seasonal vegetables. Asparagus tips, pea and flat leaf parsley spring risotto topped with fresh basil oil and crunchy parmesan tuile. Baked supreme of salmon with fine beans, crushed comber potatoes and caper and lemon butter. Roast loin of Irish pork with sauté Savoy cabbage and smoked bacon, minted potatoes and fresh thyme jus. Chopped spinach and ricotta flaky puff pastry tart with dressed leaf salad, aubergine caponata and sundried tomato and rocket pesto.

Desserts Rhubarb and sweet stem ginger cheesecake served with fresh Chantilly cream. Crunchy meringue nest topped with fresh Chantilly cream and fresh seasonal berries drizzled with raspberry coulis. Warm Alabama chocolate fudge cake drizzled in butterscotch sauce with honeycomb ice cream. Rhubarb and bramley apple crumble served with fresh custard. Selection of artisan ice creams.
