4 courses & a cocktail £40 per couple Homemade cream of tomato and roasted red pepper soup with our homemade wheaten bread Potted chicken liver pate with port jelly, spiced pear chutney and toasted ciabatta bread. Walter Ewing’s smoked salmon homemade fishcake with homemade tartar sauce and a red chard and rocket salad garnish. Chicory, walnut and Irish cashel blue cheese salad drizzled with honey, mustard and walnut dressing. Denvir’s famous hot chicken wings with cooling blue cheese mayo. Slow roasted lamb shank served with celeriac mash potato, roasted root veg and rosemary jus. Chargrilled 21 day aged 8 oz sirloin steak with roasted plum tomatoes, hand cut chips and Bushmills black pepper sauce.
